I belong to The state of kerala.I am an aided school teacher.Kerala state is the only state in India where the left politics is ruining the human capital. As an aided school teacher I am supposed to impart value based education. In government schools it is not like that.Kerala government is entertaining valueless, demoralized, undemoratic youth,by supplying unlimited quantity of illicit drugs, narcotics and alcohol to young generation and even small kids.Since 2016 kerala government is ruling the state of kerala which belongs to Indian union Just as dictatorship, the name of Projects of India government is altered to malayalam and give publicity as if Pinarayi vijayan (Hon CM) is implementing for kerala governments welfare....... The dearness allowance of government employees is cut off in lieu of financial crisis of state. The youth is migrating to european countries in search of better living facilities and employment oppurtunity.Aided school teachers are not getting salary. We need justice

India ka development sirf government se nahi, balki citizens ke contribution se hota hai. Agar hum desh ko clean aur healthy banana chahte hain, toh gutka aur pan jaise cheezon par poori tarah rok lagni chahiye aur public places ko saaf rakhna har nagrik ki zimmedari honi chahiye. Plastic ka galat use band karke usse roads banane ke liye reuse kiya ja sakta hai, jo zyada strong hote hain aur environment ke liye bhi faydemand hote hain. Government ko aisi practical yojna laani chahiye jo ground level par kaam kare, jaise plastic recycling, strong infrastructure aur lower middle class ke liye housing aur jobs. Main ek student hoon aur mere jaise bahut log hain jo apne future aur ghar ke liye support chahte hain. Agar government aur citizens milkar kaam karein, toh India ek clean, strong aur sustainable nation ban sakta hai. 🇮🇳🙏 jai hind jai Bharat

Har Ghar Cancer Detection Abhiyaan – Suggestion Cancer in India is often detected late, leading to high mortality and heavy financial burden. I propose a nationwide initiative, **“Har Ghar Cancer Detection Abhiyaan”**, focused on **early identification of cancer warning signs at the household level**. The Abhiyaan can use trained ASHA, ANM, and Anganwadi workers to: * Conduct simple door-to-door risk screening using a checklist * Identify early signs of common cancers (oral, breast, cervical, lung, gastrointestinal) * Create awareness on symptoms and risk factors * Refer high-risk individuals to Primary Health Centres The program emphasizes **early detection, not diagnosis**, making it low-cost, scalable, and practical. Digital tools can support data collection, referrals, and follow-up. This initiative can reduce late-stage cancer detection, save lives, and align strongly with Ayushman Bharat and National Health Mission goals. Early Detection is Protection.

There is a huge salary gap between Central Govt. employees vs State Govt. employees vs private sector employees like the teachers working in Private colleges of professional courses. It's welcome to intro 8th CPC but for private salaried employees the amount is somehow in between 4th and 5th CPC. Moreover, there is NO HRA, no EPF, no Medical insurance facilities. Hence, no happiness. No work-life balance. Respected sir, kindly look into the issue and in a very simple term the price of 01 Kilo rice is equal to both Central govt. employee as well as for Pvt. employees. Then why is this gulf of differences? The more excess and unreasonable amount of money, the more buying tendencis of groceries to land hence the price hikes, which is unreachable to the lower middle class people. But it's true that middle class people help to elect the Govt. and pay maximum taxes with HONESTY, where others use thousands of tricks with the help of law firms to make the taxable income to zero. Regards.

The world is fighting over natural resources, the latest example is Venezuela. Geological resources and Geologist are the future of any country. While China has a dedicated university for earth science and is mining successfully in other countries also. In our country, the Geologist is underpaid, the sanctioned posts for government geologist are being cut short by beaurocrats and private players jn the name of cadre review and followed by restructuring The geologists prepare bills, go to find a place , talk to pan walas to hire a place of living in remote areas. Group A officer only in name. No dignity,no respect, facilities of very old age. We do not have a geological advisor to the country. Since many years GSI is not having regular DG and only Ad-Hoc DG. We need to let our scientists do only science, respect them for their contributions to country. They still are roaming in jungles risking their lives without any security. They still pour own money for govt. work.China is far ahead

Respected Prime Minister, Failure in India is often considered a cause of embarrassment, especially in academic institutions. Students who fail in their examinations are immediately labeled as weak or unsuccessful, thus creating immense pressure and fear among the youth. Students often suffer in silence, and in some cases, the pressure leads to depression and even suicide. The problem does not lie in failure but in how society treats the failed. This mindset cannot be changed by any law or government initiative, as it is deeply rooted in the family and social comparison mindset. Mann Ki Baat has a special ability to reach homes across the country and shape the mindset of morality. If failure is presented as a part of learning and development, parents might become more encouraging, and children less fearful of making mistakes. Success does not have one path and schedule. We can create a more understanding and humane society by changing our mindset about failure.
