All give a big picture while buying the policy, especially the senior citizens and a lot of money is taken sometimes almost close to 1 lakh a year saying they will get everything free when hospitalized but the harsh reality is they do not pay anything with one or the other pretext. I want you to personally looking into this scam and solve this problem, let the institutions defaulting be made to pay heavy fine or removal of license as punishment. I hope you will do something quickly and nicely as you did it during covid and also for scholarships of children.
