Air pollution is becoming a serious threat to public health and the environment. I respectfully urge the government to give stronger attention to controlling emissions, promoting clean energy, and enforcing pollution laws strictly for a healthier future.

India should build a massive…dam in Arunachal Pradesh so that, in response to the largest dam being constructed by China, India can release water in such a way that it prevents any adverse impact. This way, the dam can effectively contribute to the overall balance. jai hind

In the spirit of the growing India–Germany partnership, especially highlighted by the recent visit of the German Chancellor to India, I would like to suggest a practical environmental idea inspired by Germany’s successful deposit–refund (“Pfand”) system. A small refundable deposit is added to plastic bottles and aluminium cans at purchase and digitally refunded when the empty container is returned. Having experienced this system first-hand as an Indian student in Germany, I have seen how a simple financial incentive can dramatically reduce littering and improve recycling discipline. A metro-focused pilot in India, adapted to local conditions using QR codes and UPI refunds instead of costly machinery, could strengthen Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, reduce plastic waste in public spaces, and promote a strong circular economy through responsible consumer behaviour.

Our country’s spokespersons, especially when responding to foreign representatives, should include women. It is very important, because they can respond in such a strong and intelligent manner that the other side is forced to think and eventually remain silent, jai hind
