There is a difference between the market price of the product produced and the wages paid to the workers. Indian workers produce goods worth lakhs and crores at very low wages. The market value of their produce is high. The situation of workers in the country's largest sectors, agriculture and textiles, is alarming. In the manufacturing sector wages should be fixed according to the market value of the product. The laborers working in the manufacturing sectors are putting in their hard work. They face physical and mental problems. The wages paid to them are not enough to cover their health problems. Therefore, the govt should explore the possibility of fixing the wages of the workers in the manufacturing sector according to the market value of the product. A certain %5( to 9.5%) of the market value of the product produced should be considered as workers wages. The govt should formulate a separate policy at the national level to determine the wages of workers in the manufacture sector

Sir, 26th November is Constitution Day. Let me ruminate on a few things on this occasion. Vajpayee Ji lost the confidence motion by one vote on 17th April, 99. Opposition was not in a position to form the government. After the motion Kargil War started and then came the rainy season. Election was conducted in September/October, 99 and Vajpayee Ji returned with a bigger mandate. Unnecessary his government was destabilised. So Confidence/No confidence motion should not be taken up by LS without an alternate model of government. Many under trials are languishing in jail for years often for petty crimes. But powerful economic offenders are not convicted and some are on permanent bail. Such a situation is harmful for the country. Unless there is severe and certain punishment, economic crimes will not stop.

Enhancing the Foreign Tourist Experience in India To further enhance the experience for foreign tourists in India, the following measures can be implemented: Establishment of a Toll-free Tourist Helpline: Introduce a dedicated toll-free number, similar to Japan's "119," specifically for foreign tourists. This helpline should provide 24/7 assistance in multiple languages, guiding tourists to doctors, hospitals, police, and other essential services. Formation of a Specialized Tourist Police Force: Establish a dedicated Tourist Police Force, similar to Egypt's model, to specifically address the needs and concerns of foreign tourists. These officers should be well-versed in foreign languages, trained in handling tourist-related issues, and empowered to provide prompt assistance. Unified Entrance Fees for All: Implement a uniform entrance fee policy for all visitors, regardless of nationality. This will eliminate any perceived discrimination & promote a sense of fairness among tourists

Dear Prime Minister Modi, My deep concern about the escalating air pollution crisis in Delhi Mumbai, along with the pressing issue of climate change. and this hazardous air quality is severely impacting the health and well-being of millions of residents. I firmly believe that one of the most effective measures we can implement to address this crisis is to mandate tree planting on terraces of all buildings in Delhi and Mumbai. Trees act as natural air filters, capable of significantly reducing pollution levels. Additionally, trees offer a multitude of other benefits, including alleviating heat stress, enhancing air quality, and providing habitats for diverse wildlife. To promote terrace tree planting in Delhi and Mumbai, I urge you to consider the following actions: • Launch a nationwide campaign: • Provide financial incentives: • Develop and implement policies: • Offer free trees and planting services These measures will have a profound impact on reducing pollution
