PM Sir,
Many a times dams have to release water due to heavy rains causing floods.Instead if we transfer water from dams to natural underground reservoirs prior to Monsoon, we would save the water, raise underground water levels as well as stop flooding. This can be done pretty easily by locating natural underground reservois near to dams and fitting pipes and pumps which are normally used to pump out water from borewells over there. One only has to run the pump motor in REVERSE direction for a few minutes till water starts going down, then pump is shut down and by force of gravity water will fill underground resevoir.

Neha

hello sir
While Renewable sources of energy are being encouraged . rooftop solar is lagging behind . This is unfortunate because rooftop solar benefits both the rooftop owner as well as the power utility . Rooftop owner gets stable power at cost effective price . The power utility load gets reduced and it receives excess power generated by the rooftop. Also land is scarce and a precious commodity today. For rooftop solar, there is no land requirement . Suggest rooftop solar be incentivised and /or be made mandatory as it is a clean , green and cost effective source of energy. Please incorporate in upcoming budget as it is beneficial to Society more so with power demand constantly increasing

Wool harvesting has been an essential part of local textile businesses for millennia (Simpson, 2002). Wool is a freely traded worldwide commodity that accounts for 1.5% of global fibre production. In 2021, the global clean raw wool production was 1,949 million kg, produced by around 1.2 billion sheep worldwide (IWTO report, 2021).India, though positioned 3rd in sheep population after Australia and China has been rank 6th in wool producing country due to lower productivity rate of 0.9 kg/sheep/year compared to world average of 2.4 kg/sheep/year (Wool production and Supply, Trend, Drivers and Prospects,2015).The fine wool production of country is mainly concentrated in Northern temperate region with the state of J&K, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand, The fine wool productionis about to 10% of the total wool production which is worth about Rs. 70 Crores due to hi-value apparel. (Sustainable wool production in India, 2017).
