People will get the work for their earnings, Farmers will get electricity for their farms, they can get production of vegetables in more quantity. problem of unemployment and electricity will be solved.

Sir internship may be offered for employees who have retired from service and who are interested in continuing to work instead of entrepreneurship or business. Established companies who are offering internships for young workers may offer the same to retired people albeit with service period of 25 years and above. Experienced hands will have positive effect in the workplace. Recruitment may be done through the government job portal only to avoid confusion
