If any of such that opened new accounts are turned into MULE ACCOUNTS then who is responsible i.e. bank branch or bank staff or customer. In the Recent Cyber Crimes, authorities are identified MULE ACCOUNTS and in that how many are from Private Sector and Public Sector Banks?

सर मेरे अनुसार पूरे देश में एक साल में एक पेपर ऐसा करवाना चाहिए जिस पेपर में 10th से 12th और iti बालों को मौका देना चाहिए जिस में जो बच्चे अच्छे नंबर लेते हैं उनको किसी अच्छी कॉलेज में पढ़ाकर उनके अनुसार नौकरी में लगवाना चाहिए

आदरणीय, जयहिन्द, देश में प्राथमिक स्तर पर शिक्षा और खेल दोंनों ही शिक्षा विभाग के हवाले है। ग्रामीण स्तर पर अलग से physical instructor की नियुक्ति संभव नहीं है,और ना ही खेल के मैदान हैं। मेरा सुझाव इसी संदर्भ में है। Department of post की पहंुच हर गांव देहात में है। इनकी अपने डाकघर ौर परिसर हैं। वर्तमान में , आधुनिक संचार साधनों के चलते, डाक विभाग का बोझ workload काफी कम हो गया है। इनकी spare capacity का फउठाते हुए,ग्रामीण खेल प्रतिभाओं की खोज का जिम्मा इन्हें ही सौंपा जाएसाथ ही, गांवो में खलपरिसर निर्माण और रखरखव की जिम्म्दारी भी डाकघर परिसर मेंकी जाए।
