Caste based reservation was introduced to correct historical injustice and to bring the marginalized into the mainstream. However, after decades of implementation students now feel that social and economic realities have changed. Poverty, lack of access to quality education, and unemployment affect youth across all communities. When opportunities are decided mainly by caste identity, it can sometimes create feelings of division rather than unity. I humbly suggest that the nation gradually need more balanced system, one that focuses on economic needs, and not on caste based. In certain highly responsible fields , reforms are necessary.
