Firstly my heartful thanks to you on behalf of all Indians and especially ladies for making public toilets. It is so very necessary and useful amenity which was still not available before you noticed it. I would also request you to look after its maintenance means cleanliness and water availability there as cleanliness is still a major concern in many of public toilets.

Secondly I want to request you that still in our country PhD students are all after theory approaches and main focus is on thesis. If we consider global scenario then it becomes important that learning should have a practical approach in all disciplines. So my request is to promote internship and practical research for PhD students

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, क्या अभी भी सार्वजनिक स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं के क्षेत्र में दवा ,मेडिकल इक्विपमेंट तथा कंस्यूमेबल्स की सप्लाई माफिया रूप का हस्तक्षेप है? सरकारी क्षेत्र के अस्पतालों तथा स्वास्थ्य इकाइयों के लिए क्रय किए जाने वाले कुछ इक्विपमेंट इस प्रकार से डिजाइन करके बनाई जा रहे हैं की किसी एक कंपनी के इक्विपमेंट में किसी अन्य कंपनी की जांच किट/स्ट्रिप फिट नहीं आती है और वह कंपनी अपने इक्विपमेंट जैसे हीमोग्लोबीनोमीटर, ब्लड शुगर जांचने के लिए ग्लूकोमीटर इत्यादि के साथ स्ट्रिप की भी सप्लाई करती हैं। कुछ समय पश्चात जब स्ट्रिप समाप्त हो जाती हैं तो वह अपनी मोनोपोली के अंतर्गत बाजार दर से काफी अधिक पर अपनी स्ट्रिप्स को देने के लिए राजी होती है अथवा स्ट्रिप्स के स्थान पर पूरा इक्विपमेंट दोबारा से लेने के लिए दबाव बनाती है। इसके लिए जरूरी है कि उक्त सभी इक्विपमेंट के लिए यूनिवर्सल मानक सरकार द्वारा तय किए जाएं जिसमें समान स्पेसिफिकेशन हो तथा किसी भी कंपनी की जांच स्ट्रिप्स, किसी भी अन्य कंपनी के इक्विपमेंट में भी सफलतापूर्वक काम करें जिसप्रकार स्मार्ट मोबाइल फोन के लिए चार्जर में पोर्ट|

चंबा वासियों की प्रधानमंत्री जी से स्मार्ट सिटी और विकास के लिए अपील: चंबा, हिमाचल प्रदेश, जो एक पिछड़ा हुआ जिला है, को स्मार्ट सिटी पहल में शामिल करने का विनम्र अनुरोध है। चंबा में विकास और आधारभूत संरचना सुधार की अपार संभावनाएँ हैं, जिससे लोगों का जीवन स्तर बेहतर हो सकेगा। साथ ही, चंबा से पठानकोट तक रेल मार्ग के निर्माण से जिले का पिछड़ापन कम होगा। चंबा-चुवाड़ी टनल परियोजना की सैद्धांतिक मंजूरी मिल चुकी है, जिससे लेह-लदाख रूट छोटा होकर सुरक्षा और यात्रा को सुगम बनाएगा। अंत में, हिमाचल के युवाओं के लिए इंडियन आर्मी और पैरामिलिटरी फोर्सेस में अलग रेजिमेंट के गठन का भी अनुरोध है।

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी सरकार द्वारा जारी की गई GeM पोर्टल से की जाने वाली विभिन्न सामग्रियों की खरीदारी की प्रक्रिया अब लगभग सभी सरकारी विभागों में प्रचलन में आ गई है तथा सभी इस पर आसानी से कार्य कर पा रहे हैं। इससे पारदर्शिता बेहतर हुई है परंतु अभी भी कुछ विभागों में इसको जनपद स्तर पर केंद्रित करके ही क्रय किए जा रहे हैं।इसको ब्लॉक स्तर इकाई पर भी पारदर्शी पूर्ण तरीके से संचालित किया जाना चाहिए। यदि किसी सरकारी अधिकारी/ कर्मचारी का इस पोर्टल पर आईडी पासवर्ड बनाया जाए तो उस अधिकारी के मानव संपदा पोर्टल की यूनिक आईडी तथा आधार यूनिक आईडी की सूचनाओं से जोड़कर बनाया जाना चाहिए जिससे यदि वह व्यक्ति ट्रांसफर भी हो जाए तो उसको दोबारा से आईडी तथा पासवर्ड के लिए आसानी हो तथा उनकी आईडी से अन्य किसी के द्वारा गलत प्रकार से कोई कार्रवाई किए जाने की संभावना की भी ना रहे|

I have completed my graduation with science stream and now I'm an aspirant. I would like to discuss with you that an road safety, pollution control and fuel saving idea has been innovated by me. If applies, It will be fantastic&beneficial for various fields and I promise of huge reducement of road accidents. But lacking of budget and support is biggest barrier to the idea. This are just a few scenarios presented but not limited to a whole wide defects in the existing systems that need rampant upheaval. We look forward for your earnest response and rest assured, we uphold ourselves to the grand betterment to our society and nation at large.

5.For every financial related activity, adhaar has been made mandatory, however, the portal for enrolment and related work the website is highly not user-friendly.
6.Like mentioned aforesaid, the second time approval happens not only in the case of child’s enrolment. Another example to quote may be for a customer who meets with an accident and unfortunately has had to have a finger or two amputated. This indeed, is a scenario of second time approval and there is no room for further exclusions.

3.With these number of rejections make the operator being fined with a huge arbitrary amount, thus making the process not worth the effort and time. Thus, this makes the operator loose faith in the services that are being given.
4.In the similar manner, any Mid-Term Adjustments, from a customer like amendments to mobile number, Erroneous typo errors being corrected, are also being delayed beyond 100 days and the customers rant out their disgust on to the enrolment centers, though these centers have zilch role in this work other than capture the required information. The customer has to shell out service fees for each activity that are being done. We believe that a proper Service Level Agreement has to be meted out to avoid unnecessary delays and customer disgust.
