An ANALOGY: If Someone says in India that he is an excellent cook, he should first know Indian traditional Recipes for  Roti, subji, Dhall, Paratha, , Baasundhi,etc.  And also Iddly, Dosa, Vada, sambar, Mysore Pak, etc. But if he says he knows Iddly,  vada, roti ,paani puri, bhelpuri. He can also make PIZZA (Symphony), whats the use? Is he a great cook? He does not deserve even Padma Awards. Many more deserving people are waiting LIst.

PM Mr Modi ji. I have to say some thing on love affairs, murders, frauds, cheating, kidnaping, rapes are rising all over India. It's due to 3 things, 1. Trying to earn money beyound capacity, by illicit ways. 2. Enjoying sex with other than spouse. 3. Using muscle power and accumulating landed property. 1. Many people wants to earn by cheating. like those working in govt tries such thing by keeping their file pending, or asking some thing not connected to his file to submit. Then person gives money to get work done. Sometimes getting the work done out of way, who is not eligible, and taking huge money, etc. In courts to give bail, getting govt land, passing tenders, passing in exams, interviews etc, they take money. Such things done keeping file pending, if someone gives money on submitting file, his file moves fast. To control, officials must be asked to move file within a day, and find out how many files are processed in a day, by every official. Random check in each office exposes

Honourable Prime Minister! I am tempted to share with you a success story related to generation of livelihood for a person at grass root, using biogas generated from waste materials which has its inherent hassle to dispose. One person losing job during covid wanted Rojgar (employment) to support his family. We, in the Department of Energy, Tezpur University with usual academic engagement for classroom and laboratories concerning renewable energy including biogas made a plan for him. An eatery on wheel loaded with biogas balloon is handed over to the person with a condition that he would use biogas only for preparing the food items including tea and he would never use LPG. With this condition, we are also committed to generate adequate biogas in the Biogas plant available in the campus which otherwise was run casually (i.e., without certainty of regular feeding as it was used for laboratory experiment etc). Now, biogas fueled eatery on wheel is one of the popular spots.

Bullying affects many students across the country. Most suffer in silence, afraid to stand up or seek support due to peer pressure, social stigma, or fear of isolation. This calls for action: training teachers to tackle bullying effectively, supporting both victims and bullies—since bullies may also be struggling with personal issues. माननीय श्रीमान प्रधानमंत्री महोदय देश में बढ़ते बलात्कार/रेप ओर अपराधों के बढ़ने का सबसे बड़ा कारण एवं सुझाव आज हमारे देश के युवाओं एवं बच्चो की स्थिति& आज हमारे देश की संस्कृति ओर संस्कार को खत्म करने में सबसे बड़ा योगदान सोशल-मिडिया और ओ.टी.टी. प्लेटफार्म] वेबसिरिज - जो नही दिखाया जाना चाहिए उसी को दिखाया जाता हैं। इसलिए एक सामान्य व्यक्ति/युवा उसे देखने में रूचि रखता हैं। जोकि पूरी तरह गलत हैं। इससे एक सामान्य व्यक्ति के मन] मस्तिष्क में गतल भावनाए] गलत सोच-विचारों का विकास हो सकता हैं। इन्हैं बढ़ावा नहीं दिया जाकर रोक लगाई जाना चाहिए। जिससे देश में बढ़ते अपराधों को रोका भी जा सकता है ओर बहुत हद तक कम किया जा सकता है। हमारे देश की सरकार के लिए मेरा यही सुझाव हैं कि आज की युवापीढ़ी को संस्कृति ओर संस्कारों से जोडे रखना चाहते हैं तो सोशल-मिडिया और ओ.टी.टी. प्लेटफार्म] वेबसिरिज जैसे कन्टेन्ट का एक दायरा फिक्स किया जाए] जिसमें किसी भी प्रकार की कोई गंदी/बोल्डनेस/गलत वीडियों] फोटो एवं शब्दों का उपयोग नहीं किया जावें। जिसमें बढ़ते बलात्कार जैसे अपराधों में जरूर कमी आयेगी।

Respected Prime Minister, Our Nation is working very hardly to end Tuberculosis in entire country as well as in all over the world. Our participation more are there in that field. NTEP (National Tuberculosis Elimination programme) is the programme day to day working very hardly all over INDIA to eliminate TB. Entire Nation looking forward to eliminate TB with the help of NTEP staffs. But NTEP staffs who are all handling TB samples day to day for many years 2-12years services in the Labs and fields are working in temporarily contractual basis. Kindly consider all of them and provide order to observe all the TB workers who are all working for many years in NTEP TB field and make them permanent under Govt of India. Our Nation celebrated took pledge to end TB in the world TB day on March 24th 2025. Our NTEP staffs got exposure to that TB past many years their lives spend on that field No EL no medical leave no ESI NoPF Kindly I request you to observe them permanently under GOI save us
