India can grow stronger by creating more job opportunities through manufacturing, high-tech sectors like AI, EV, solar, semiconductors, and encouraging companies to expand into Tier-2/3 cities so youth don’t need to go abroad. Adoption should be easier and transparent so every child gets a loving home. Please support single mothers with flexible jobs, financial literacy, legal help, childcare and mental wellness. Regulate school fees, ensure scholarships, and provide clean, safe schools with GPS buses and clean washrooms. Strengthen women’s health with monthly check-ups, empower girls through self-defence, STEM and sports, and expand mental health counselling. Promote work-from-home jobs, digital skills for women, support for separated women, and healthy food awareness for children.

Namaste ji. We came to know that our Capital affected by Heavy Air pollution. We are having more hopes on our Bharat Government in solving the pollution issue. Pollution may affect any city due to Chemicals factory, processing units, dying units, smoke from burning wastes and vehicles. But there is a need of solvation. My suggestion is IITs and Higher Education Institutions may be asked to do researches in solving the various types of pollution problems. UGC and Ministry of Education may announce and sending circulars to all Centrally funded Institutions to encourage researches in pollution compulsory. Research Contributions may help our Bharat people to live Healthy and Happy. This will also help to strengthen the vision of our Honourable PM in making Vikshit Bharat 2047. Please speak sir. Jai hind

Shri Narendra Modi Ji
Hon’ble Prime Minister of India
South Block, Raisina Hill
New Delhi – 110011
Date: 28/11/2025
Subject: Request to Address the Burden of Non-Teaching Work on School Teachers
Respected Sir,
I hope this letter finds you in excellent health and high spirits. I, Smt. Gite Chaitali Subhash, Assistant Teacher at Maratha High School, Nashik, take this opportunity to write to you on behalf of countless teachers across the nation. With utmost respect, I wish to draw your attention to a matter that significantly affects the quality of education in our country—the increasing burden of non-teaching responsibilities assigned to school teachers.
Sir, teachers are the guiding force behind the intellectual, emotional, and moral development of students. They are the architects of young minds and play a vital role in shaping the future of the nation. Teaching is not just a profession; it is a noble duty that demands dedication, preparation, compassion.

Government of India should take the idea of school and college teachers for the development of the India. They are working at grass root. They contact with all types of family. We have many ideas for the rapid growth of India. Government arrange meeting with Owner of the companies, Investors etc. Government should arrange regular meeting with Teachers. Following are the main suggestions
1. Give maximum importance to Education.
2. More allocation of Budget for education, health, Defense
3. More facilities to Higher Tax Payers
4. We pay 31.20% (30% +4%)Direct Tax-Salary person So we have only 68.80 Rs. out of 100 Rs. earn and when we purchase from this money then again we have to pay GST. So Direct Tax and Indirect Tax may be adjust each other if possible. If this possible then more people will pay Direct Tax or more purchase goods.
5. Election Commision should arrange meeting with teachers for their suggestions working procedures of election to avaoid heart attack of BLO.
