If excessive population our country caused trade deficit between INDIA and US and helped to improve their currency values. After the raise of Labour oriented IT sector why the difference is still increasing? We know human resource is our country's strength today, and it is the backbone for IT sector. We need to perform reconciliation of the data and take necessary steps to improve Indian currency value. We adopted Make in India for core companies, Do we follow similar approach to IT industry as well?

Hon'ble PM Narendra Modiji,
I had a request that supports your vision of Viksit Bharat. Your ideas towards the economic development of Gujarat has been inspirational and have completely transformed the trajectory of Gujarat in becoming a conducive state for businesses to flourish. I admire your efforts in emulating the same for the country, and request if you could develop the conditions for helping businesses flourish in the eastern part of our country. Bihar and other eastern states rank pretty low in the ease of doing business ranking which calls for measures to create the environment by reducing the time that it takes to establish factories in this state. A flourishing manufacturing hub would act as catalyst for economic growth, and a strong incentive for business both small and big would support this success story. Also, all the eastern states could become a strong support system for each other through proper connectivity and establishment of educational institutes.

UGC NET exam should be conducted in such a way that no student should face problems regarding exam center from their home town. City intimation used to be given very late that there is no time to arrange for transportation or to apply for change in examination center. Students are suffering as are usually given exam center very far and many times that are not even in their opted cities while filling examination form.

For PM Modi - Dedollarization effects:-

1) There will be sustained unemployment for those Indian technology graduate who are not good at their job or their University curriculum was pathetic on AICTE model.
2) IT export coolie jobs will go bust enmass. There will be need for skill upgrade to IIT level. As companies will need to create Apple, Microsoft, Adobe, etc not just job work based on labour cost arbitrage opportunity.
3) Indian education sector will face rude awakening with 50-70% technology graduate not finding any jobs in campus placement offers due to lack of proper curriculum and skills on IIT level. Same will happen with MBA graduates.
4) Those will survive who will offer innovative solutions and services and offer niche products and services.

All these changes will start in 2024 with Bank of Japan moving away from negative interest rate regime. This will be official declaration of global reorganization of business, education and innovation.
