First, of all I congratulate Prime Minister of India to pass the new agriculture bill and brought reforms by introducing ‘One Nation One Market for Agriculture Sector’.

Few Suggestion and Apprehension

When we develop the agriculture sector on the lines of the industry then farmers can move and sell their produces anywhere in India. According to the agriculture census 2015 -16, 86% of farmers owned less than 5 acres of land.

Science has to be grown further. Common men and teachers can be given grants to do independent research. Minor grants can be upto 2 lakhs and major grants can be upto ten lakhs. Quality of research has to be monitored by paper publications in journals or parents. Existing teachers in colleges can be given opportunity to take PhD with paid study leave. All college and schools should have essential scientific equipments and chemicals.
