Respected Sri Narendra Modi Ji, India has much less number of psychiatrists than what India needs. In small villages and cities, we rarely find any psychiatrists. A large proportion of Indian population (for that matter global population) needs psychiatric assistance/counselling at various stages of their life. We need to make psychiatry available and affordable for India.

Again Modiji I am extolling you
Put the fear of corporal punishment in the people who are willfully defaulting the country of thousands of crorers with impunity of existing laws. Politicians, corporates, bankers, auditors, builders.
Bring a bill to that effect. Publicized lashing.
Do something for tens of thousands homebuyers in NCR.

Sir , Please call a meeting with concerns and start upgrading equipments of Police & Fire Brigade as we will require advanced riot equipments like western countries to control Foreign Protesters during the G-20 summit which is going to be held in India. Many Foreign media broadcast videos, no one will like our riot police with Cricket or Motorcycle helmet. Hope this message reaches you. :-)

Respected PM, I am a retired Scientist 'G' from DRDO. My suggestion is regarding Incometax deduction for Govt pensioners. In my opinion GOVT should exclude retired GOVT servants from paying Incometax considering the service done by GOVT servants to the country. If this is not feasible, at least pension disbursing authorities should do the needful towards TDS and not expect pensioners to file IT returns in the advanced age considering health issues faced by most aged pensioners.
Regards
