In brief I want to say that lock the door of house from outside of every citizen except for those who are engaged in essential work and those who are in serious medical conditions like pregnant women and senior citizens above the age of 70 etc. , in this process it's easy for government to deliver essential need to every house.
No need to purchase new lockers because lockers given by perticular resident itself.
