In my opinion you should make some strict laws everywhere including road traffic , uncleanliness, rapist(irrespective of the age of the victim and the criminal) etc etc .
and if you can do anything to expedite the process of case hearing untill final results for heinous crimes like Rape , I think this will make India a safe and better place to live in

7 The punishment/order like shoot at site in some particular crimes shall be made applicable this will have following advantages:-
a. reduction in cases, b. save space in Jail, c. save taxpayer's money from draining on Guilties, d. Jail rooms shall be based on type of crime not based on status of criminal.

I think more money should be spent on the cleanliness of the roads. Better drainage facilities, constructing the holes and the patchy areas of the roads should be taken care of promptly. Also, a lot of people have this habit of throwing the waste and spitting on the road, despite being well educated. Install more dustbins in as many areas as possible and introduce fines and minor punishments that people should pay if they violate the cleanliness rules. Promote garbage bags and napkins.

3. Our Honorable Court had mentioned that matter related to Religion of particular community will not be taken up by THE COURT this need a thought so that matters related to Religion of other communities may be kept beyond Jurisdiction of Honorable Court.
4 Personnel Law board for one community is against Secularism hence same facility may be provided for other communities shall be provided.
