Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has said India’s G20 agenda will be inclusive, ambitious, action-oriented, and decisive, establishing a presidency of healing, harmony, and hope.

Automation and ground-breaking technological advancements are fundamentally changing the nature of work in more than one way. Trends such as demographic transitions and technological changes such as Industry 4.0, Web 3.0, and extended reality technology bring immense possibilities that will forever change lives. This would imply significant workplace transformations and changes in the future of work that would be beyond human imagination. And to thrive in this new ‘World of Work,’ it is vital that skilling stakeholders comprehend these new trends and capacitate the existing education and skilling ecosystems.

Therefore, basis the announcements made in the ongoing discussions in the G20 Education Working Group 2023, the key takeaways about the future of the work are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:

• The G20 Education Working Group has deliberated on pathways to make technology-enabled learning more inclusive, qualitative, and collaborative at every level.
• With the rise of automation across industries, it is imperative to mainstream foundational skills into the curriculum framework and facilitate dynamic learning over the life cycle to not only effectively measure the learning outcomes but also ensure people keep pace with the current factors of change. Education stakeholders must collaborate and focus on strengthening the foundational learning framework by leveraging technology and blended learning to ensure that students are equipped with the necessities for the future.
• The future of work is driven by the rising awareness of decarbonization and building a sustainable business, and the G20 countries recognise the importance of collective action in tackling environmental challenges as well as promoting transitions towards more flexible, transparent, and cleaner energy systems.

Stop freebies to Youth by political parties which is making them slaves. The Government must make law in this regards. If youth will get freebies without doing anything, then why should they work. It will encourage youth engage in Anti-social activities. The freebies will make the future of youth completely dark and India's future underdeveloped country and not a developed nation.

कई छात्रों को उनकी शिक्षा के दौरान कुछ मुख्य कौशल नहीं मिलते हैं। उनमें से कुछ नेतृत्व, संचार, समस्या समाधान आदि हैं। सरकार को इन्हें या तो विषयों या परियोजनाओं से परिचित कराना चाहिए और शिक्षा संस्थानों को सुझाव देना चाहिए कि वे अपनी शैक्षणिक शिक्षा के दौरान इन विषयोंपर भी अधिक ध्यान दें। आज वर्तमान समय में लोग केवल रोजगार के लिए ही शिक्षा ले रहे हैं जबकि शिक्षा तो समाज निर्माण वा राष्ट्र निर्माण के लिए होनी चाहिए योग्यताओं के लिए होनी चाहिए यदि ऐसा हो सके तो शायद कुछ बेहतर हो सकें।

1)हर एक गाव का अलग पोस्टल कोड होना चाहिए जिस से गवर्मेंट को पता चलेगा कॉन्से विस्तारमे आयात निरियात का पता चलेगा जिसकी मदद से सरकार कॉन्से गाव मे केसी पॉलिसी निकालनी चाहिए ओ पता चलेगा 2)सरकार को हर बैंक को निर्देश देना चाहिए की नेट बेंकिंग मे बेनीफिसरी ऐड होने के बादका का कुलिंग टाइम 30 मिनिट से कम करना चाहिए जिससे जो कोमोडिटी मे डील होती हे उस केश मे फार्मर को तुरत बैंक मे पेसे मिलने के कारण केश लेनेसे बचेगा 3)सरकार को एक ओर बात पर भी आदेश देना चाहिए की upi से किए गए पेमेंट पार्टी नेम आना चाहिए जिससे वार्षिक अकाउनिंग मे मदद मिलेंगी 4)ओर होसके तो अलग पोस्टल कोड की हेल्पसे गाव की जीडीपी निकाली जा सके तो सरकार गाव आधारित पॉलिसी के मदद से 3 डिजिट की भी वृद्धि दर प्राप्त कर्षकते हे

श्रीमान माननीय प्रधानमंत्री महोदय भारत सरकार नई दिल्ली सुझाव महोदय हमारे देश में 70000 बच्चे रोजाना पैदा होते हैं 70000 नौकरी एवं रोजगार रोज पैदा नहीं होते आप गरीबों के लिए एक लाख घर बनाते हैं दूसरी साल दस लाख गरीब पैदा हो जाते हैं टैक्स के पैसे का सदुपयोग नहीं हो पाता है महंगाई, अपराध, शिक्षित अशिक्षित बढ़ती बेरोजगारी, बिगड़ता पर्यावरण, घटती कृषि योग्य भूमि, कम होते प्राकृतिक संसाधन, सहित सभी समस्याओं की जड़ जनसंख्या है यदि जनसंख्या पर नियंत्रण नहीं किया गया तो आने वाले समय में पीने के पानी एवं भोजन के लिए विश्व युद्ध होने के आसार हैं यहां ज्यादा लिखना उचित नहीं है और ना लिख पाऊंगा ज्यादा जगह नहीं है आप स्वयं इन चीजों पर विचार करें टैक्स का पैसा विकास के काम आ सके और समस्याओं का समाधान हो सके जिस देश में तरक्की की है उसने अपने देश की जनसंख्या को नियंत्रण में रखकर ही तरक्की की है आज हम चाइना के बराबरी पर खड़े हुए हैं जनसंख्या के मामले में क्षेत्रफल की दृष्टि से भी हम चाइना से बहुत कम है इस समस्या पर ध्यान देते हुए विचार करें जनसंख्या नियंत्रण कानून लाने का कष्ट करें अति कृपा होगी

श्रीमान माननीय प्रधानमंत्री महोदय भारत सरकार नई दिल्ली सुझाव एवं विचारणीय प्रश्न महोदय, देश को सही दिशा देने के लिए हम आपसे देश हित में भगवान कृष्ण की तरह देश के भविष्य को देखते हुए पांच कानून देश हित के लिए मांगते हैं ।1 राष्ट्रीय जनसंख्या नियंत्रण कानून 2 समान नागरिक संहिता कानून 3 धर्मांतरण कानून 4 समान शिक्षा कानून 5 घुसपैठ नियंत्रण कानून यह पांचों कानून आप से चाहते हैं कि आप लोकसभा राज्यसभा में पारित कराने में सक्षम हैं राष्ट्रपति के हस्ताक्षर होने के बाद इन पांचों कानूनों को तत्काल अमल में लाने की जरूरत है हम आपसे अनुरोध करते हैं समस्त देश 140 करोड़ आबादी इस देश की आपसे अनुरोध करती है किन पांचो कानूनों को देश हित में जल्द से जल्द लाया जाए यह देश आपको कभी नहीं भूलेगा आपका नाम इन पांचों कानूनों को लाने के बाद देश गर्व करेगा और आपका नाम अमर हो जाएगा हम सब इसी विषय में आपसे चर्चा काफी लंबे समय से करना चाहते थे लेकिन आपने हमारे इन बातों पर गौर न करते हुए मन की बात में कभी इन मुद्दों को नहीं उठाया अतः महोदय आपसे सविनय अनुरोध है कि आप इन मुद्दों पर विशेष तौर पर ध्यान दें

Respected sir....In presidency of india in G20.. a grate chance to show our power to world.. sir plase make strict rules on corruption in pvt and govt sector. make new policy on employment and skills,apply to NEP2020, planning and policy for population controlling, plans and schemes to releted in workforce ....create scientific and technical environment in country...
