Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has said India’s G20 agenda will be inclusive, ambitious, action-oriented, and decisive, establishing a presidency of healing, harmony, and hope.

Automation and ground-breaking technological advancements are fundamentally changing the nature of work in more than one way. Trends such as demographic transitions and technological changes such as Industry 4.0, Web 3.0, and extended reality technology bring immense possibilities that will forever change lives. This would imply significant workplace transformations and changes in the future of work that would be beyond human imagination. And to thrive in this new ‘World of Work,’ it is vital that skilling stakeholders comprehend these new trends and capacitate the existing education and skilling ecosystems.

Therefore, basis the announcements made in the ongoing discussions in the G20 Education Working Group 2023, the key takeaways about the future of the work are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:

• The G20 Education Working Group has deliberated on pathways to make technology-enabled learning more inclusive, qualitative, and collaborative at every level.
• With the rise of automation across industries, it is imperative to mainstream foundational skills into the curriculum framework and facilitate dynamic learning over the life cycle to not only effectively measure the learning outcomes but also ensure people keep pace with the current factors of change. Education stakeholders must collaborate and focus on strengthening the foundational learning framework by leveraging technology and blended learning to ensure that students are equipped with the necessities for the future.
• The future of work is driven by the rising awareness of decarbonization and building a sustainable business, and the G20 countries recognise the importance of collective action in tackling environmental challenges as well as promoting transitions towards more flexible, transparent, and cleaner energy systems.

farming sector lack of labour. due to change of land use into to real-estate fertile land is converted into real-estate farming community locally unable to sustain the impact of high wages of labours employed in constructions government agencies should not allow irrigated land for other purpose All irrigated lands of greenery is been converted into massive layouts in future farming community will be inte verge of extinct. Farmer's have been into more deprived available employment of local village Farmer's sell their lands and going below poverty all central schemes a villager doesn't know government should inform through each one like task taken during covid and elections we are lacking in Awareness of opportunity schemes can also be announced in caller tunes wil help a lot

Need:- establishment of a multi lingual portal & apps for National Career Guidance Cell to deal with all types of job requirements at government agencies, industries, and as on market demands in other small medium & large private entities at regional level including sub divisions of Student Guidance /learning freshes / entry jobs regional market demands professional and non professional jobs new business /startup Guidance organised and unorganised jobs at regional level facilitating industrial/market meetups for awareness and guidance

Companies involved in lay off should be banned for three years from hiring new employees & trainees.Many companies are eliminating permanent employees and hiring trainees at lower wages.Layoffs are increasing after the new labor code came into effect. It is clear that companies are starting to promote their positive aspects.It seems that the term "permanent employee" does not exist in private limited companies. Private Limited is planning to hire twice as many employees at half the salary. It is understood that private limited companies do this with the intention of layoff while firing permanent employees and hiring trainees. Companies that do lay offs should be banned from hiring trainees for the next three years.If the central government does not pay attention to this matter, the wages of private limited workers will be reduced by half.The central government should prevent the increase in lay offs after the new labor codes come into effect.

respected PM ji , you are doing great things to develop our bharat, But all the schemes are very hard to reach to normal people , I am a kisan and I am very much interested in solar pump but unable to get any help as their is no proper communication. when I searched in Google I got fake websites were they are asking money. my small suggestion if all your schemes and projects comes under one platform or one web site it will very helpful thanking you one of your citizen of Bharat Suresh Prasad Dubey 8867007777

we need to develop generations mindset, WORK IS WORSHIP, No work is low or of high status, such example to convince young, ideology of degree holder is govt job, farming or other exising family's business should be pride, own assumption to grade ownself is biggest education disaster in India 🇮🇳. another issues is mindset, WORK for salary, no outcome, no productivity, no improvement. our secruitement process is faulty, We cannot improve due to political reason,so need to train illegible person
