Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has said India’s G20 agenda will be inclusive, ambitious, action-oriented, and decisive, establishing a presidency of healing, harmony, and hope.

Automation and ground-breaking technological advancements are fundamentally changing the nature of work in more than one way. Trends such as demographic transitions and technological changes such as Industry 4.0, Web 3.0, and extended reality technology bring immense possibilities that will forever change lives. This would imply significant workplace transformations and changes in the future of work that would be beyond human imagination. And to thrive in this new ‘World of Work,’ it is vital that skilling stakeholders comprehend these new trends and capacitate the existing education and skilling ecosystems.

Therefore, basis the announcements made in the ongoing discussions in the G20 Education Working Group 2023, the key takeaways about the future of the work are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:

• The G20 Education Working Group has deliberated on pathways to make technology-enabled learning more inclusive, qualitative, and collaborative at every level.
• With the rise of automation across industries, it is imperative to mainstream foundational skills into the curriculum framework and facilitate dynamic learning over the life cycle to not only effectively measure the learning outcomes but also ensure people keep pace with the current factors of change. Education stakeholders must collaborate and focus on strengthening the foundational learning framework by leveraging technology and blended learning to ensure that students are equipped with the necessities for the future.
• The future of work is driven by the rising awareness of decarbonization and building a sustainable business, and the G20 countries recognise the importance of collective action in tackling environmental challenges as well as promoting transitions towards more flexible, transparent, and cleaner energy systems.

I am Siddhi Jambure from 6th std Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar. I found many news saying that stray dogs are killing humans. The population of stray dogs is increasing by a great speed . So, I thought can we do something on our level. Stray dogs survive on waste food. So, I though can we add something to waste food that can control the population. I searched on internet and found that their are medicines that can control fertility for stray dogs but it had problem with dose management. Another option was to add extra to the waste food that stray dogs eat but it had side effect such as diabetes, gum disease etc. Other option was to add neem to waste food , it has a effect of infertility and it also treats skin diseases which will be a better option for dogs. As neem is a herb used to treat skin diseases, will help to control dogs population in long term use. It is freely available and cost effective, without other adverse side effects

Another option was to add extra sugar to the waste food that stray dogs eat but it had side effect such as diabetes, gum disease etc. Other option was to add neem to waste food , it has a effect of infertility and it also treats skin diseases which will be a better option for dogs. Neem is a herb used in skin diseases. has side effect of infertility. As it is easily available, cost effective and can be used freely . We can add neem powder to waste food which will be eaten by dogs

Honourable Prime Minister sir, My name is Narender Gupta and am a senior citizen from Delhi. I wish to share with you about this class and request to consider including them in your Man Ki Baat on 28 May. Senior Citizens are generally a neglected class when it comes to entertainment, celebrations etc. Govt had done wonderful job by introducing a system a grant-in-aid to maintain Recreation Centres for Senior Citizens. We in Ashok Vihar also manage one such centre through the Ashok Vihar Sr Citizen Association. We have a membership of over 1100. Govt used to give a grant of Rs 240000 per year to manage the recreation centre. Using this grant we were providing recreation facilities, organize cultural events, providing tea n biscuits to all the members who come to play. Used to take them on local trips etc. There are 150 senior citizen associations all over Delhi who provide such facilities. But for over 2 years the grant in aid is stopped causing problems.

Time has come for Our Nation to become a leader in science & technology. Increased industrial activity would bring with it the environmental challenges calling for intensive research on environmentally safe energy sources and economizing on the use of carbon-based energy. This effort would certainly take time to bear fruit. In this context, we must reflect on our enormous pool of manual resources, where a worker is quite ready to run a manual machine all day long. The research on economizing on the use of carbon-based energy sources should include the possibility of supplementing mechanization as far as possible with skilled and steadfast manual labor. The labor-cost would be off-set by environmental and employability benefits.

1. Using cleaner, greener and alternative energy sources 2. Substantially reduce the unorganised sector workforce and make their work organised 3. Legal processes to be speeded up with the introduction of AI and other updated technologies 4. All workers to have PF, Gratuity and other benefits 5. Contracts to be more transparent and legalised such that they are friendly to all the parties they involve 6. Innovative fields should be expanded for providing more work opportunities, like animation, videography, sound engineering, etc. 7. Work not to be pressure in life, but practical application of concepts/theories learnt in higher education, to be more of a funny learning experience 8. Money earning should not be the only motive for doing work, it should also mean some social good and responsibility. 9. Education stakeholders must collaborate and focus on strengthening the foundational learning framework.
