Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has said India’s G20 agenda will be inclusive, ambitious, action-oriented, and decisive, establishing a presidency of healing, harmony, and hope.

Automation and ground-breaking technological advancements are fundamentally changing the nature of work in more than one way. Trends such as demographic transitions and technological changes such as Industry 4.0, Web 3.0, and extended reality technology bring immense possibilities that will forever change lives. This would imply significant workplace transformations and changes in the future of work that would be beyond human imagination. And to thrive in this new ‘World of Work,’ it is vital that skilling stakeholders comprehend these new trends and capacitate the existing education and skilling ecosystems.

Therefore, basis the announcements made in the ongoing discussions in the G20 Education Working Group 2023, the key takeaways about the future of the work are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:

• The G20 Education Working Group has deliberated on pathways to make technology-enabled learning more inclusive, qualitative, and collaborative at every level.
• With the rise of automation across industries, it is imperative to mainstream foundational skills into the curriculum framework and facilitate dynamic learning over the life cycle to not only effectively measure the learning outcomes but also ensure people keep pace with the current factors of change. Education stakeholders must collaborate and focus on strengthening the foundational learning framework by leveraging technology and blended learning to ensure that students are equipped with the necessities for the future.
• The future of work is driven by the rising awareness of decarbonization and building a sustainable business, and the G20 countries recognise the importance of collective action in tackling environmental challenges as well as promoting transitions towards more flexible, transparent, and cleaner energy systems.

According to Einstein development means work work work But what is work . capacity to solve our problems . Problems can be solved in many ways . At present most of our energy problems are based on costly polluted carbon fuels which are destroying environment , mental peace and increasing tention for fuels with increasing demands and short supply . World recognised the necessity of modern fuels are known as renewable energies or high grade energies . It is not today problem but many centuries back efforts are continued by many fathers of sciences and Noble laureates . But unfortunately it deviated its path and prohibited with impossible laws .Let us reconsider our ancestors traditional knowledge on Perpetual motion machines and combine modern knowledge with five elements like water , air fire , Earth and vacuum . They can solve our energy problems and satisfy laws of thermodynamics , protect environment health and financial problems with modern wheel for peace can become a smart work

Shipping and allied areas: Cochin shipyard to be developed as Private shipyard for commercial vessels ; SCI to give orders for L & T Kattuppalli which is lying idle after investing 7,000 crore; this can be used to make Merchant Navy ships, Oil Tankers ( Like Hyundai ), India does not have great tonnage under its flag; For Navy, anti Mine vessels to be built by Fisherman Cooperatives . Because of one Bank Guarantee of an industrialist, Navy Ship Building programs are not getting done.

The future of the workforce needs to be AI trained, IT CSE seats must be increased in colleges. Doctors should be taught to use tech and also research and modify. We can export people to foreign countries to take care of elderly in those countries and send remittances to India. AI will disrupt jobs, we need to move fast with reliance jio AI, Skill India mission is shitty and all private participants are jus there to make money, just as government needs trained people but these companies just focus on profits, no proper training is provided (Internships must be part of curriculum of Skill India mission a mandatory one)
