Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has said India’s G20 agenda will be inclusive, ambitious, action-oriented, and decisive, establishing a presidency of healing, harmony, and hope.

Automation and ground-breaking technological advancements are fundamentally changing the nature of work in more than one way. Trends such as demographic transitions and technological changes such as Industry 4.0, Web 3.0, and extended reality technology bring immense possibilities that will forever change lives. This would imply significant workplace transformations and changes in the future of work that would be beyond human imagination. And to thrive in this new ‘World of Work,’ it is vital that skilling stakeholders comprehend these new trends and capacitate the existing education and skilling ecosystems.

Therefore, basis the announcements made in the ongoing discussions in the G20 Education Working Group 2023, the key takeaways about the future of the work are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:

• The G20 Education Working Group has deliberated on pathways to make technology-enabled learning more inclusive, qualitative, and collaborative at every level.
• With the rise of automation across industries, it is imperative to mainstream foundational skills into the curriculum framework and facilitate dynamic learning over the life cycle to not only effectively measure the learning outcomes but also ensure people keep pace with the current factors of change. Education stakeholders must collaborate and focus on strengthening the foundational learning framework by leveraging technology and blended learning to ensure that students are equipped with the necessities for the future.
• The future of work is driven by the rising awareness of decarbonization and building a sustainable business, and the G20 countries recognise the importance of collective action in tackling environmental challenges as well as promoting transitions towards more flexible, transparent, and cleaner energy systems.

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी प्रणाम, आज का मेरा एक सुझाव है। हम सब जानते है की हमारी पोस्टल सेवा का विस्तार होना बहुत जरूरी है। और यह भी सच है हमारी पोस्टल सेवा गांव और शहर को जोड़ती है। इंडिया पोस्ट के पास सारे इंफ्रा मौजूद है जैसे की वेयरहाउस, गोडाउन, कलेक्शन सेंटर, डिलीवरी सेंटर इत्यादि। इस सेवा को एक नए स्तर पे बढ़ने के लिए इसको फुल फोकस के साथ सारे इंफ्रा का उपयोग कर के इसको ईकॉमर्स की डिलीवरी b2b और b2c के लिए कर सकते है। हमारा सारा नेटवर्क रेडी है बस इसको फुल यूटिलाइज करना है। इसको हम एक नए वर्टिकल के तौर पे लॉन्च कर सकते है। इसका फायदा यह भी रहेगा हमारी मौजूदा कॉस्ट भी कम होगी और हमारी हर जगह की कनेक्टिविटी भी और अच्छी हो जाएगी। धन्यवाद

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी प्रणाम , मेरा विचार है कि यदि सुबह नारियल पानी, दिन में दही का लस्सी, शाम छाछ या जुस रात में अल्कोहल मिश्रित नीरा यदि लेने से फायदा है तो आप सभी को मोटिवेट करें इस पर सब्सिडी दें। बिहार में शराबबंदी लागू है। यदि अल्कोहल मिश्रित नीरा मिले सभी ठंडा पानी के दुकान में तो सभी को फायदा होगा। बिहार में जहरीली शराब से मोत नहीं होगी। सभी लोग को सुबह नारियल पानी पीने से फायदा है तो देश के बाहर से भी नारियल का आयात किया जाना चाहिए। दही की कमी है तो विदेश से दही का आयात किया जाना चाहिए। जुस या छाछ सभी बच्चों और बुजुर्गों को पिलाया जाना चाहिए। आप मौसमी फल खाने सभी व्यस्कों को प्रेरित करें। रेडियो से सदा बहार गाने सुनने के लिए प्रेरित करें सभी व्यक्तियों को। फिट रहने के लिए योग के साथ शारीरिक श्रम के लिए प्ररेणा दें सभी देशवासियों को

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी मैं उत्तराखंड के उधमासिंह नगर के।एक शहर रुद्रपुर से हूं , अपने व्यस्त समय से कुछ समय समाज की सेवा हेतु भी निकालता हूं, corona ki second wave के दौरान मेरे द्वारा सैकड़ों dead bodies का अंतिम संस्कार भी किया गया , आज आपकी जानकारी मैं एक बहुत महत्पूर्ण मुद्दा लाना चाहता हूं , जैसा कि हम सभी जानते हैं की भारत विदेशों से भी कूड़ा आयात करके वेस्ट प्लास्टिक से सड़के और पेपर से कपड़े बन रहा है , ऐसे मैं मेरा शहर रुद्रपुर जहां कूड़े का एक विशाल पहाड़ खड़ा है, उसको यहां के नगर निगम द्वारा समाधान नही किया जा पा रहा, आपसे विनम्र निवेदन है कि इस विशाल कूड़े से शाह को मुक्त करवाने की किरपा करें एवम वो कूड़ा राष्ट्र हित में प्रयोग हो सके, आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी ,मेरे पास बहुत सारे विचार हैं विकास हेतु, यदि मुझ जैसे साधारण आदमी को अपने विचार रखने का अवसर मिले तो बहुत सारे विचार मैं राष्ट्र हित में दे सकता हूं, आशा है , मेरे en विचारों पर अमल।हो सकेगा और कूड़ा रिसाइल होकर शहर को कूड़े से राहत मिलेगी धन्यवाद

प्रणाम प्रधानमंत्री जी, आज का मेरा सुझाव ऊर्जा के क्षेत्र में पूरे विश्व को एक नया स्वरूप दे सकता हैं। शायद मेरी बातों पर आपको विश्वास न हो मगर ऐसा हो सकता हैं इसे कर सकते हैं अपनी विशालकाय जनसंख्या को उपयोग में लेकर । मेरा सुझाव था कि क्यों न हम पर्यटन के स्थलों को एक ऊर्जा उत्पादक केंद्र के रूप में स्थापित कर दे, जैसे कि किसी स्थान पर जाते हैं तो हम कई तरह की गतिविधियां ( सीढ़ियों पर चढ़ना, किसी धार्मिक मान्यता को पूर्ण करने के लिए परिक्रमा करना, इत्यादि) करते हैं उन गतिविधियों को राष्ट्रीय ऊर्जा में सहयोग के लिए प्रयोग करना गलत तो नहीं हो सकता। इसके लिए हम सीढ़ियों को एक pushing paddle की तरह इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं और भी कई नवीन तकनीकी है जिसकी मदद से इसको सफल बनाया जा सकता हैं। पूजा स्थलो के लिए इससे विद्युत की आपूर्ति भी इसी उत्पादन से हो सकती हैं और शेष ऊर्जा का उपयोग अन्य स्थानों को रोशन करने हेतु किया जा सकता हैं। धन्यवाद जय जवान, जय किसान, जय विज्ञान, जय अनुसंधान

Bharat is a largest human labour force in the world.there are some point for it. 1 skilled based education system will be formed for meet future work force challenge. 2 skill oriented course should be compulsory for all student.it has improve their skill. 3 All higher education institution tie up with industry for fulfill labour force . 4 Technology based course should be included in syllabus to develop their skill. 5 social mindset should be changed according to time and need of country. 6 caste based skill should be modified according to time and connect with new technology. 7 A financial incentive should be given to skilled Student for boost up their start.

Honorable PM, India's future work force intent to capture the mind set in all 360 deg directions involving digital transformation on laptop but fails to understand the source of resources and energy that form a a foundation for automation. This derives a basic question on "do we have differentiation on First Input Energy to Automation Generation, Second Derived Energy from First input to SECOND....Then it requires a fundamental provision for FUTURE ENEGY for TECHNOLOGY Automation? towards reaching 2047. So A sustenance of Energy barrier is required to be assured on every year of this workforce generation.

Hon'ble Prime Minister, India's workforce for future should work in a self-correcting and self-supporting pattern inscribed in the form of a circle with Technology enabled learning curriculum towards visibility and intensive involvement of the students from 2023 to 2047 and then to 2070 towards net zero as explained by the attached picture
