The Ministry of Civil Aviation has issued draft rules to ensure ease of using drones in India on the basis of trust, self-certification, and non-intrusive monitoring. The Drone Rules, 2021, once notified, will supersede the UAS Rules, 2021, which came into force on March 12 this year.

The Rules aim to make the process of owning, possessing, exporting, importing, manufacturing, trading, leasing, operating, transferring, or maintaining a drone in India, simpler and hassle-free. For that, the draft rules seek to abolish the requirement of various approvals, ranging from certificate of conformance, certificate of maintenance, import clearance, to student remote pilot licences.

Besides, it proposes the development of drone corridors for cargo deliveries and a drone promotion council to be set up to facilitate a drone-friendly regulatory regime in the country.

I think Thrones are the special purpose vehicles after innovation but every coin has two sides one is the positive aspect and the other is negative we should try and cover the negative aspect of the thing and hence I think this question is in there I believe the access to Drone should be Limited only to the authorised and and specifix service providers have if required a common man can enjoy the service. No Tom Dick Harry, nowadays should be allow to use it, without permission.

many are misusing these drones.. I want to say that is..u should provide drones to police to use at night on the road..There are cc cameras too..but I'm suggesting this because,all the people knows that we can find cc tv near roads..worst people may do anything..but these drones..may help us to protect many women..and also..we can move the drones right..!?then we can navigate too..

Sir, There should be a prohibitory category for usage of drone. The list should include carrying explosives, incidiary material, permissions for mapping and no real time data sharing as that can impact security, privacy and act as surveillance. Private agency has ni such rights. Restrictions based on density of population to minimise casualty due accidents. Warning audio &, blinking light alarm in event of drone being out of control & danger of crashing. Permit needed- legitimate use explosives

Government should suspend agitating Opposition MPs from the Parliament and ensure smooth running of the Parliament, in both Houses. Otherwise an unproductive session of the Parliament means a wastage of taxpayer money. Govt should ensure that adequate number of bills are passed in each session of the Parliament.

Take a contrarian view and understand yourself; Only Hindus fight for govt jobs, pro reservation, anti reservation etc etc and Muslims or Christians don’t fight for it. Why? They believe that instead of fighting why not develop some skills for livelihood. Tyre puncture, auto repairing, goat chicken cutting, electricians job or plumbers job give the Muslims an acumen to survive. Skills development are the most important but unfortunately most ignored subject.

मैं बालकिशन सिनसिनवार अध्यक्ष किसान मोर्चा भाजपा चाँदनी चौक जिला, दिल्ली आज मुझे फेसबुक ने 20 घंटो के लिए बैन कर दिया वजह मैने उन दुष्ट लोगों के खिलाफ आवाज़ बुलन्द की थी जो हमारी बहन बेटियों को शादी के मंडप से उठाकर ले जाने की धमकी दे रहे थे क्या हिन्दू होने के नाते मैं अपने धर्म का पालन नही कर सकता !

Drone (digital device) is secured for domestic purpose. For development of country drone commercial service is required and army also need for war purpose. Device for commercial use control by mobile company collebrated with user company under DGCA as spectrum allotted. Drone colour, height, distance allotted as used by company from one spectrum to another as permitted by DGCA for security reason. So rules frame for drone is pre-mature. However after considering security reason panel provision
