The Ministry of Civil Aviation has issued draft rules to ensure ease of using drones in India on the basis of trust, self-certification, and non-intrusive monitoring. The Drone Rules, 2021, once notified, will supersede the UAS Rules, 2021, which came into force on March 12 this year.

The Rules aim to make the process of owning, possessing, exporting, importing, manufacturing, trading, leasing, operating, transferring, or maintaining a drone in India, simpler and hassle-free. For that, the draft rules seek to abolish the requirement of various approvals, ranging from certificate of conformance, certificate of maintenance, import clearance, to student remote pilot licences.

Besides, it proposes the development of drone corridors for cargo deliveries and a drone promotion council to be set up to facilitate a drone-friendly regulatory regime in the country.

Sir, a trial and error methods may be employed in a specified city or town how we can operationalise drone service in a limited airspace and area before moving to big scale operation throughout country. if it is successful then same can be practiced or used in other cities. so the experts panel must go for trials and build up common public confidence unless this great technology would not meet its needed merit for human force multiplier. so a great sound intellegent practice may be drafted on it

Sir, previously radio transmission detection systems r in place to catch spies involved in subversion of country likewise the drone detecting system should be placed or innovated so that we can pre-empt any drone threat perception and illegal activity of drone service providers. first to safeguard our nation and all vulnerable institutions and individuals before commercially exploitation of drone service unless we would upon chink in our armourer which is more dangerous than the profit we expect

Sir, like air traffic control which monitors all air traffics on its domain and jurisdiction, there must be sector wise drone traffic control for smooth operation of drones without collusion. All registered drone service providers must take permission from the drone traffic control to be in airspace with assigned frequency, altitude, longitude and designated route charts unless Chaos would likely to happen and there would be chances of misuse and may fall on wrong hands for subversive activities

Sir, civil aviation ministry on the draft drone rules must ensure all constructive applications of drone services by keeping in check all destructive applications of rampant drone usages like random licensing of guns which create gun culture in society though a gun is a deterrent to threat perception individually and collectively. so the expert panels drafting on the drone rules must ensure only the constructive purposes so that public confidence would rise and same time we can commercially do.

rat ko drone se sabhi jagah ki nigrani ki ja sakti he. kuchh jagah par police nahi pahoch pati he lekin agar drone se kahi bhi nigrani rakhi ja sakti he. is se bohot sare kale kam bandh ho sakte he. jay hind.

Drone yah Ek ek bahut hi accha yantra hai Jesus ke Hamare bhavi Rashtra Nirman mein bahut madad Mili Hai Aur Aage Bhi milati Rahegi Lekin iska han Kuchh galat upyog ho raha hai yah vahan Tak pahunch chuka hai Jahan Tak Nahin pahunch na chahie isko eximit Hona chahie Jahan iski jarurat Nahin Hai ise vahan Tak viral na kiya jaaye. yah baat Ek Bar Ham fir se Kahana Chahte Hain Ki yah bahut hi upyogi hai lekin Kuchh log iska galat use karte hain Disha control Mein Rakha Jana chahie. thanks. 👍👍👍👍

good evening sir sir my suggestion is first fixed age limite to fly drone and only arms forces and police using drone only others people dont fly to drone to permitted

My suggestions are as follows: 1) Minimum age shall be specified for using Drones 2) The flying altitude shall be defined to ensure air safety 3) Strict punishment shall be given to violators of Drone Rules resulting in national security issues 4) Specifications for materials to be used for construction of Drones shall be explicitly specified for.
