The Ministry of Civil Aviation has issued draft rules to ensure ease of using drones in India on the basis of trust, self-certification, and non-intrusive monitoring. The Drone ...
- Drone license/number plate/registration shall be made mandatory.
- Similar to any vehicle driving licence/number plate/registration - police shall be able to track a drone and it's owner records.
I am waiting for drones uses for various things like air taxis to reduce traffic or as an ambulance.Special drones to carry organs like heart or eyes in case of emergency organ transplant.Special drone units for NDRF to help in rescue and relief work in case of natural disasters like floods earthquakes or building collapse.Drones can help traffic police track rule breakers by following them.Women safety can be increased by drone surveillance.Opportunities are endless.
15- new IPC codes need to created based on drone use violations ranging from severe fines to anti terrorist laws.16- Flight control offices needs to be created to monitor drones with the help of satellites in every big city.
good
11-Drone permit should only be allowed after thorough police verifications.12-All drones should be fitted with some device which can store it’s flight path like a black box. So cases of espionage can be limited.13-Drones should be made sure to visit government office where this black box data should be recorded. In case of dubious activities court cases should be started under IPC codes.14- Emergency use of drones can only be authorised in three stages- mayor, collector and mp.
good
9-Drones should be made to cross some markings which will be an indicator of safety and these markings must have some scanning features.10- passengers drones should also be encouraged for travelling between small distances which can solve traffic situations in metropolitan cities.we can connect short distances like Mumbai Khandala or Mahabaleshwar or gurugram to noida or kanpur to Lucknow. Possibilities are endless. Drones are the future.
1. There should be a handsome good amount at the time of application as security, that too on this refundable deposit no interest should be paid.
2. Applicant/Agency should be proposed by at least 25 people paying income tax more then 10 Lakhs per annum. In case of defaulter all these 25 person forwarded application should be punished.
3. No individual licence should be given.
4. there should be a ban on all types of Drones for few time.
5. No drone should be allowed with GPS system
5- in place of cameras drones should be only allowed to use proximity and satellite imaging so that chances of espionage can be limited.6-commercial use of drones should only be allowed only when the to and fro path is fixed and can’t be altered.we should not allow drones capable of air to air maneuvering in big cities. 7-Drones can be used for advertising but they should not be capable of very high altitudes flights.8-robust anti drone mechanisms needs to be created.
Hello my gov,My suggestions are as follows- 1-Only government made/made in India drones should be allowed.2-By monopolising drone designs we can make self destruct button a common feature which can help limiting drones to some flight safe areas. If drone crosses no flight zone then it should destroy itself.3-Limit the maximum height to which they can fly.4-there should be fix numbers of drones per city depending upon its size or population.5-espionage charges should be levied on rule breakers.
