The Ministry of Civil Aviation has issued draft rules to ensure ease of using drones in India on the basis of trust, self-certification, and non-intrusive monitoring. The Drone Rules, 2021, once notified, will supersede the UAS Rules, 2021, which came into force on March 12 this year.

The Rules aim to make the process of owning, possessing, exporting, importing, manufacturing, trading, leasing, operating, transferring, or maintaining a drone in India, simpler and hassle-free. For that, the draft rules seek to abolish the requirement of various approvals, ranging from certificate of conformance, certificate of maintenance, import clearance, to student remote pilot licences.

Besides, it proposes the development of drone corridors for cargo deliveries and a drone promotion council to be set up to facilitate a drone-friendly regulatory regime in the country.

1. No provision made for ensuring Control in duties of "Remote Pilot training organizations" (mentioned u/s 25). Provision for compulsory Auditing should be inserted for ensuring that they act in accordance with the Drone Rules 2021. 2. Although Section 8 restrict Importation of drone, but no provision made for those drones which illegally enters in Indian territory. 3. Section 1(3) does not mention whether the Drone Rule 2021 is applicable to training organisations.

ड्रोन नियम, 2021, एक बार अधिसूचित होने के बाद, यूएएस नियम, 2021 का स्थान लेगा, जो इस साल 12 मार्च को लागू हुआ था। नियमों का उद्देश्य भारत में ड्रोन के मालिक होने, रखने, निर्यात करने, आयात करने, निर्माण करने, व्यापार करने, पट्टे पर देने, संचालन करने, स्थानांतरित करने या बनाए रखने की प्रक्रिया को सरल और परेशानी मुक्त बनाना है।

यह वास्तव में एक शानदार पहल है और मुझे लगता है कि इस नियम को लागू किया जाना चाहिए। सरकार के पास ड्रोन का पूर्ण संचालन नियंत्रण होना चाहिए। भारत सरकार को केवल भारत के निर्माताओं को सरकार के लिए उत्पादन करने की अनुमति देनी चाहिए। उच्च शिक्षण संस्थानों और अन्य शोधकर्ताओं द्वारा आगे अनुसंधान एवं विकास के लिए ड्रोन के उपयोग की अनुमति दी जा सकती है। अगर इसे सार्वजनिक किया जाता है, तो यह अराजकता और असहजता होगी।

1- ड्रोन का हवाई जहाज की तरह उड़ान पथ निधार्रित होना चाहिए। 2. वायु नियंत्रक जैसा एक प्राधिकरण होना चाहिए जिसके पास ड्रोन को नियंत्रित करने के लिए ड्रोन उड़ान संबंधी शक्तियां होनी चाहिए। 3. नागरिकों की क्षतिपुर्ति की पूरी भरपाई होनी चाहिए और एक लाख तक सीमित नहीं होनी चाहिए। 4. प्रत्येक ड्रोन में कार की नंबर प्लेट जैसी प्रमुख संख्या होनी चाहिए ताकि अगर कोई शिकायत करता है तो उसका पता लगाया जा सके। 5. ड्रोन के जरिए जासूसी करना एक आपराधिक अपराध बनाया जाना चाहिए।

◽हाल ही में ड्रोन ड्राफ्ट 2021 जारी किया गया जो मानव रहित विमान प्रणाली 2020का स्थान लेंगे इसका उद्देश्य डिजिटल स्काई प्लेटफॉर्म का निर्माण करना है ◽प्रावधान: *पायलट लाइसेंस *ड्रोन कवरेज में वृद्धी *हवाई अड्डे की परिधि में कमी ◽ड्रोन के उचित उपयोग हेतु सुझाव: ▫️ड्रोन की निश्चित कीमत तय की जानी चाहिए ▫️प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम एवम उपयोग के कठोर मानक तय करने की जरूरत ▫️पायलट लाइसेंस के अंतर्गत पंजीकृत विदेशी कंपनियो को ड्रोन संचालन में छूट पर भारत सरकार को पुनर्विचार की आवश्यकता है। धन्यवाद🙏

hamen apni Shiksha niti aane ki jarurat hai hamen Hindi ke Kshetra mein Manyata prapt honi chahie Naukri ke liye .. Hindi walon Ko niche se dekha jata hai
