The National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET) was notified as an overarching skills regulator on 5th December 2018 vide notification No. SD-17/113/2017-E&PW. The NCVET is responsible for regulating the functioning of entities engaged in vocational education and training, both long & short-term, and establish minimum standards for the functioning of such entities.

NCVET has also been mandated to carry out following functions pertaining to grievance redressal:
a. Provide redressal to aggrieved person (s) against any listed grievances relating to the functioning of the recognized bodies under the aegis of the NCVET.
b. Require recognized bodies to redress grievances of their respective aggrieved person(s), and providing commensurate remedial actions, including any penalty(s).

NCVET has also been mandated to frame the guidelines on Grievance Redressal Mechanism by stating the obligations of recognized bodies to redress grievances and provide recommendations on establishment of a system of grievance redressal.

In pursuance to the above mandate, NCVET has developed the draft of ‘GUIDELINES OF NCVET ON GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL MECHANISM - 2021’.
This document encapsulates the categories of the grievances which will be dealt with by NCVET and its recognized bodies, the procedure to be followed by NCVET and its recognized bodies for addressing different categories of grievances submitted by the stakeholders. It intends to provide clarity on end-to-end processes of the grievance redressal mechanism. The guidelines also aim to describe the expected / possible outcomes of the grievance redressal.

Comments are invited from the public on the proposed guidelines by 30th September 2021

Today's day very useful NCVET. Many of roots of social devoplement are good.

Stop involvement of tehsil .kurcthery.court.police/DM for income certificate.cast certificate.or other document .However make changes and include many relevant info in Adhaar Card. Well designed documentation can give all information of a individual

RTO work. After online submission of form fees there after physical verification has increased the bribe amount almost 3 times. Stop online or stop physical verification. self varification should be sufficent. call for suggestion a no and implementation at 8604253614 and gmail.

शिकायत निवारण का तंत्र अत्यंत सरल हो साथ ही पूरे साक्ष्य सहित शिकायत किए जाने की अनिवार्यता हो ताकि फिजूल की शिकायतें ना हों.साथ ही शिकायत झूठी पाई जाने पर जुर्माने एवं दंड का प्रावधान भी होना चाहिए.

मेरे पिताजी 2009 में भारतीय खाध्य निगम फरीदकोट से सेवानिवृत हुये थे । फिर फरवरी में उनको हाई रक्त चाप से ब्रेन हेमरेज हो गया था । फिर एक operation हुआ ब्रेन का नौ महिने तक कौमा में रहते हुये उनकी 18 अक्टूबर 2013 में मृत्यु हो गयी थी । उससे पहिले उनके मैडिकल क्लेम का एक किस्त खाते में मिली थी । pension भी कौमा में रहने की वजह से होल्ड कर दी गयी । जिसका कोई बेनिफीट्स नही हुआ अभी तक । नही pension case का कोई सॉल्यूशन दिया उपर से कोई जवाब भी नही मिला । बैंक में मैडिकल किश्त सिर्फ एक ही आई थी

आदरणीय श्री प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी सादर नमन! बात नौकर शाही पर की जाए तो भारत में चरम पर है हर आफिस कार्यालयों में देखी जा सकती है जनता जनार्दन को बार बार आफिस के चक्कर लगवाए जाते हैं । ऐसे लोगों की कोई जवाब देही नहीं होती जो परेशान होते हैं उनसे कोई पूछे तो बताएंगे कि किस तरह आते हैं और यहां पर उनका कार्य नहीं किया जाता है आजाद भारत में नौकर शाही पर लगाम लगाने की आवश्यकता है जो भारत को दीमक की तरह खाए जा रही है और भ्रष्टाचार पर कड़ी सजा का भी प्रावधान होना चाहिए।जय भारत।।
