The National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET) was notified as an overarching skills regulator on 5th December 2018 vide notification No. SD-17/113/2017-E&PW. The NCVET is responsible for regulating the functioning of entities engaged in vocational education and training, both long & short-term, and establish minimum standards for the functioning of such entities.

NCVET has also been mandated to carry out following functions pertaining to grievance redressal:
a. Provide redressal to aggrieved person (s) against any listed grievances relating to the functioning of the recognized bodies under the aegis of the NCVET.
b. Require recognized bodies to redress grievances of their respective aggrieved person(s), and providing commensurate remedial actions, including any penalty(s).

NCVET has also been mandated to frame the guidelines on Grievance Redressal Mechanism by stating the obligations of recognized bodies to redress grievances and provide recommendations on establishment of a system of grievance redressal.

In pursuance to the above mandate, NCVET has developed the draft of ‘GUIDELINES OF NCVET ON GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL MECHANISM - 2021’.
This document encapsulates the categories of the grievances which will be dealt with by NCVET and its recognized bodies, the procedure to be followed by NCVET and its recognized bodies for addressing different categories of grievances submitted by the stakeholders. It intends to provide clarity on end-to-end processes of the grievance redressal mechanism. The guidelines also aim to describe the expected / possible outcomes of the grievance redressal.

माननिय महोदय,
प्रायव्हेट शिक्षण इन्स्टिट्युट मे टीचर्स के जॉब्स सेक्युर नाही है, पाच ,छ साल के बाद भी उने कन्फरमेशन नहीं मिला तो कैसे चलेगा?
कृपया निवेदन है की दो साल के बाद प्रोबेशन पिरियड हो l टीचर्स स्कूल की महत्च पूर्ण व्यक्ती है,अगर ओ फिक्स नहीं तो स्कूल सिस्टीम पर असर
जरूर पड रहा है,मेरी हमबल रिक्वेस्ट है की ऊने न्याय मिले l टीचर्स रोलिंग स्टोन न बने, तभी टीचर्स *स्टुडंट्स इंटर अँक्शनअच्छा होगा l शिक्षक का सन्मान हमेशा देश ने किया है , आशा है की उनके प्रोब्लम्स कम हो l

Secret of lightning is a doorway to the universe (doorway means 4th dimension)
I know this is not the topic to write here but please forgive me now,
earth is inside the solar system,,and solar system inside the milkyway,,and milkyway floating in the universal electro magnetic web,,so its is very easy to go directly to the universe through lightning ,,it can split the 4th dimension wall into the universe... yesterday i got this idea after the deep meditation ..not sure it true or not

The Guidelines talks about digital way of handling the grievances. However the first step of lodgong the grievances by Trainees should be made available mnaually also with an acknowledgement of receipt of grievance by Level 1 organisation. Post that level, it can be handled digitally. This is just to take care of the least person who does not have knowledge or access to digital mechanism.

Rape cases agar victim zinda hi nahi reh paayi aur ye proof ho chuka hai kya hua tha medical reports mein toh further proceedings karke time kyon barbaad karte hai sab insaaf ke naam par victim ka shoshan hota hai. They should be hanged then and there reports are enough to proof the crime.
