Uniform national policy for benefit of stakeholders is important
Electricity has many uses in our day to day life. It is used for lighting rooms, working fans and domestic appliances like using electric stoves, A/C and more. All these provide comfort to people. In factories, large machines are worked with the help of electricity.
Some time back power failure in Mumbai was linked to cyber attack.
In this plan there is mention of cyber security.
But there is no roadmap to achieve this.
How cyber security technology will be developed and how manpower would be trained for this purpose.
The more important would be to make system recovery at the earliest after any such cyber attack.
How robust our overloaded system is to counter such attack and restore supply would be known to only persons involved in power sector
*underground system should be encouraged.specification should be one fot all over india.Tariff should also be one and through smart meter.132 /11 kv should be adopted fir future .66and 33 kv to be discontinued.multi licensee should be allowed so that consumers can have more choice.induction heater should be encouraged for villages also.fixed charges per month should be higher which will reduce splitting of connection .and bulk power cost to be reduced.equipment should be good quality by cea.
It is a good idea to minimise use of water in power sector.
Air cooled condenser is an absolute necessity.
A lot of water is wasted in open canal and cooling towers.
It should be implemented at the earliest.
Micro grids are proposed for remote areas which are more dependent on solar energy.
It is a good proposal to optimise use of renewable energy.
Solar energy generation is dependent on weather conditions. So, there may be good generation in some area at a time and at same time there may be less generation due to bad weather in some other area.
Micro grid will take care of this situation.
But, what will happen when there is no generation in micro grid? There would be no national grid either
1)Full Support to Solar Energy in all Sectors like : Home & Commercial Electricity , Street Lights(It is including automatic sensor system) , All types of Vehicles(Solar energy is increasing battery performance & life & capacity) , etc.
2)Reduces the price of all instruments of Solar system .
3)Increasing the periode of life & warrenty & guaranty of solar Instruments .
4)Improving the Solar business system .
