Uniform well defined rules - but this basic , Honest India is being denied >75 years ! will it ever get it
1) Out of turn/q begins in Judiciary at all levels. Open secret no one talks off - This cascades everywhere where 0/100 toppers we the mailks of India practicting gandy marji gandy rule. so just no progress
2) how do the associations help . If it were effective all of the 70 crores unorganized should have got accidental /death coverage by now . so slow. barber, coolie, electrcian plumber, housemaid, cleaners , drivers, casual /badli workers, labourers all should have got covered in shrmik portal. shocking that even MNREGA spend, data not yet encouraged to register ? not even farmers - all in one !
3) what good have the trade unions done except making their leaders & parties close down biz. How is it that we don't hear any labour union sponsoring children for sports, higher education, scholarships, training. Done nothing to promote own children in entrance exams
~ Recovering Payment from clients is biggest problem in MSME. Easy to resolve, low cost justice system as in China.
~ Same like Model Tenancy Act.. payment resolution should be done at local level (Panchayat of the local MSME bosses)
~ Standardise Invoices and Receipts so that it can legally sustained and can be recovered from the non-paying parties.
~ For small amount of 1 Lakh or 2 Lakh - MSME entrepreneurs do not get into Court and Lawyers & take losses on their side.
~ National Ranking of States on by NITI aayog for MSME ecosystem
~ National Ranking should divide a state into 2-4 parts, based on size and geography and rank the Region of the state.
~ Sharing of MSME Best practices among Industry Ministries of different states.
~ MSME resolution day - every quarter - where all department officials will be available under one roof.
~ Clear timeframe and SLA on MSME disputes
~ Single window grievance redressal with Best in class customer support as provided by Airtel or other private companies
To: Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), New Delhi.

~ Training to Sensitise the Labour department, Tax Department and other department officials needed to make them understand - How MSMEs contribute to the economy of the country
~ Regular training sessions to Taluka level MSME owners on Branding, Managing Accounts, etc needed
~ Mentor groups to Handhold MSMEs in small towns & Taluka level.
~ Industrial Areas in every Taluka Headquarters for Manufacturing MSMEs with Plug & Play facility.
The present initiative to come up with a formal MSME policy is notable. Many of the actions mentioned in the draft policy shall go a long way in addressing the hurdles faced by MSMEs in their day-to-day operations and long-term growth path. We provide attached herewith a set of recommendations from LEAD at Krea University that can sharpen the focus of the policy.
National Raw material Policy needed.
India imports massive amount of Input materials from China. Rather than China supplying Raw materials to a factory in Tamilnadu, can a MSME in Bihar supply all the input materials.
Import substitution for Raw materials through MSME sector should be focus.
Dear sir,
In MSME sector product making on hand have highest demand in foreign countries. But Generally we ignore the material made on hand.In many Villages many small units of raw material manufacturing, this village level manufacturing unit needs government support. Nearly For every product we dependent on raw material which are come from jungle and villages. If we give financial support to that village level manufacturing unit then this will create a employment opportunities for women and youths.it will also help to reduce unemployment rate.
MSMe is a backbone of our economy for development. It should promote strongly.
1 Traditional business should be connect with modern technology.
2 Traditional art and technology should be in modern and new form to increase production.
3 A specific area should be targeted for specific product according to locality.
4 A caste based business should be promoted because it has fully trained by birth and work effectively according to nature.
