• Skill development centre to be opened at district level and special training for skill enhancement to be given by recognized institute as per the requirement of MSMEs.
• Steps are to be taken for simplification of Ease to doing business rules.
• Lack of marketing platforms and distribution network is causing disrupting of demand – supply chain. A marketing platform should be made for continuous supply of material in local as well as global market.
• Special attention to be given for expediting Inter country initiatives to promote MSMEs and
• Digitalization support for SMEs, and Skill development of SMEs to improve/retain competencies
• Land for infrastructure should be made available by state govt as well as central govt.
• Easy financial help should be provided by banks as per the guidelines of governments
• Incentive is to be provided for Eco-friendly projects.
• Entrepreneurs to be advised to use new environment friendly equipments
Due to adverse effect of COVID-19, productivity of MSMEs also affected. Hence to restore the efficiency and productivity of MSMEs to achieve overall objectives of economic development of the country, several measures are to be taken. Few of them are listed below:
• There is a need to further strengthen the MSME Sector
• Registration process should be made easily
The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), having 28% of share of GDP of country, is a highly vibrant and dynamic sector of the Indian economy and plays an important role in the development of our country. Besides Agriculture, it is providing employment to more than 11 Crore people in over 6 Crore units. It is also having a share of 40% of exports of the country.
