The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) is a highly vibrant and dynamic sector of the Indian economy with over 6 Crore units, providing employment to 11 Crore+ people (after Agriculture), having 28% share of GDP and 40% of exports. Like other sectors, MSME also has been adversely affected in terms of productivity during COVD 19. Accordingly, the efficiency and productivity of MSME assume further significance to achieve overall objectives of economic development and a V shape recovery of the Indian Economy.

Draft National Policy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in India is a continuation of various measures taken to date to promote competitiveness, technology upgradation, infrastructure, cluster development, dedicated credit, procurement of products & financial assistance to MSME.

Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises invites stakeholders, Industry Associations, MSME units and general public to share suggestions and comments on the Draft Policy. The purpose is to firm up adaptive and inclusive National Policy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.

Dear Prime Minister, MSME required centralized R&D support, Data center to deploy their ERP and Quality tessting & Assurance certificate issuing body at district level which are to be integrated with respective MSME centre in regional level. When it come to integration the hierarchy ego complication develops which are to be addressed through responsibility and accountability.

If there is support from family members their expertise is experience in the respective fields The competitive situation in the chosen labor is marketing, profit opportunities Technological possibilities Knowledge of raw materials, machine tools, and their components The place to run the cottage industry is the water they want, the electric fuel and other benefits Skilled workers need their availability • Capital for investment in cottage industry Preservation of traditional arts and ancient arts Low investment means small scale industries that can be managed with the help of three or four family members with an investment of less than about one lakh rupees.

MSME is just like heart of GDP that pumps the economy of a country. This speed of  circulation of economy is directly proportional to the expertise of human resources & the environment in which it circulates. Boosting MSME at different Regional level, services of such persons who are willing to work & having knowledge of different skills & trades must be utilized at Grassroot level. If skilled persons are unavailable at Grassroot level, consultation of experts from different Govt. Institutions  must be given to such persons as per the demand & resources available there. Taxes must be implemented in such a way that ratio of benefit must not  altered & MSME worker gets maximum profit & wages with respect to market value. Policy makers before drafting any policy requires consultation of workers at Grassroot level.  Survey is the need of the hour & will shows a clear-cut picture, how to rise the graph of  MSME  high in terms of economy & ultimately GDP.

MSME is the backbone of our economy, without which our economy cannot run, it generates maximum employment in the country after agriculture, but the government should pay more attention to the development of MSMEs. The government needs a strong provision provide financial assistance for MSMEs so that pandemic and other problems can be avoided, the government should also make ministerial plans from time to time so that MSMEs do not face any problems.
