The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) is a highly vibrant and dynamic sector of the Indian economy with over 6 Crore units, providing employment to 11 Crore+ people (after Agriculture), having 28% share of GDP and 40% of exports. Like other sectors, MSME also has been adversely affected in terms of productivity during COVD 19. Accordingly, the efficiency and productivity of MSME assume further significance to achieve overall objectives of economic development and a V shape recovery of the Indian Economy.

Draft National Policy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in India is a continuation of various measures taken to date to promote competitiveness, technology upgradation, infrastructure, cluster development, dedicated credit, procurement of products & financial assistance to MSME.

Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises invites stakeholders, Industry Associations, MSME units and general public to share suggestions and comments on the Draft Policy. The purpose is to firm up adaptive and inclusive National Policy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.

भारत सरकार को MTTF टेक्निक उपयोग करना चाहिए 1st M का अर्थ भारतीय युवाओ से उनके आईडिया लेकर उन्हें एक प्रॉपर गाइडलाइंस प्रोविडेंट करने के लिए मेंटरशिप प्रोग्राम चलाना 2nd T का अर्थ मेंटर शिप वाले युवाओं को प्रोपर ट्रेनिंग प्रोग्राम 3rd T का अर्थ उनका टेस्ट लेना और अगर वहां टेस्ट पास कर लेते हैं तो 4th F का अर्थ फाइनलिस्ट युवाओं को फाइनेंस प्रोग्राम जिससे उनके यूनिक आयडिया पर जो भी धन राशि की आवश्यकता को और अन्य जो भी जरूरी साधन हे provide कराना! जिससे हम देश के नौजवान के दिमाग में आने वाले यूनिक आयडिया को देश हित मे उपयोग कर सकते हे !

Market Conditions are not upto the mark and also many political decision affects the business growth. Lack of proper supervision at the ground level micro small or medium businesses has to suffer the Market Collapse. Ex: A Commercial Vehicle owner is with loan is unable to complete with the Other who has no loan or with the Cheaters or Black marketers or monopolistic players. So if rules are Supervised by a specialised sincere officers group and not blackmarketing officers. And when the market conditions becomes ok unemployment will truly decrease.

The market for micro small businesses has been fallen and the business are not able to earn proper profits for their living and is not able to repay their loans because of some uneducated entrepreneurs or owners who worsens the market at the ground level by decreasing their cost on own risk, thus no new entrepreneurs can ever come into the Market and even the existing businesses fails to keep up. Because market is collapsed at the ground level. If rules to manage this is made. Then unemployment can be completely resolved. And this must be monitored so that there should not be any further disturbances in the ground level market. Eg: the vehicles owners without loans are closing all the possible doors for the owners with loans and thus no new vehicle owner can join the market.

अभी कोरोना की वजह से छोटे धंधादारी लोग परेशानियां झेल रहे है। कोई छोटा मोटा धंधा करने की सोच रहा हे पर धंधा शुरू नहीं कर पाता है क्यों? इसकी एक ही वजह है " फंड" (पैसे की कमी) में बहुत से लोगो से मिलता हूं तो मुझे उनसे यही जानने को मिलता है की " में कुछ करना चाहता हु पर मेरे पास पैसे ही नही है" अगर भारत सरकार किसी व्यक्ति को छोटे धंधे की शुरुआत करने के लिए 40% से 50% तक की धन राशि कर्ज के तौर पर दे तो उन्हे धंधे की शुरुआत करने में बड़ी आसानी होगी। मुझे लगता है की यह भारत सरकार के लिए मुश्किल होगा पर मोदीजी की सरकार के लिए सब मुमकिन है। #जयभारत #फिरएकबारमोदीसरकार

Hello sir i am here to share my Idea. It's about mordenity with our culture, tourism, foreign attraction and many more, Specially Unemployed persons can get there job. For now i am sharing smart transportation. We have metro in few cities dueto badget problem we can't start metro as priority transportation. But we can give it priority if we give BOUND or become PARTNER with land owners mostly land owners are farmers so it's best to give them their annual percentage from profit.Annual Report will be sent to every single person who has contributed in project. Metro is cheaper than airway and equal faster as airway, for traveller. So it's good idea if we work on it. I don't have many words to write but i can explain whole process if i had a chance to talk with any officer. Ex: Small mesuem representing our culture inside metro station to let tourist look and visite that place. Road and underroad rail. And I have some ideas about milltry which I don't want to share openly.
