The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) is a highly vibrant and dynamic sector of the Indian economy with over 6 Crore units, providing employment to 11 Crore+ people (after Agriculture), having 28% share of GDP and 40% of exports. Like other sectors, MSME also has been adversely affected in terms of productivity during COVD 19. Accordingly, the efficiency and productivity of MSME assume further significance to achieve overall objectives of economic development and a V shape recovery of the Indian Economy.

Draft National Policy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in India is a continuation of various measures taken to date to promote competitiveness, technology upgradation, infrastructure, cluster development, dedicated credit, procurement of products & financial assistance to MSME.

Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises invites stakeholders, Industry Associations, MSME units and general public to share suggestions and comments on the Draft Policy. The purpose is to firm up adaptive and inclusive National Policy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.

MSME schme bohuth acchaa hai berojgar yuba k lekin lekin Bank mai jane k bad bohuth bura hall hotha hai. Bank wale guma gira k nahi sanction kore ka bahana dundeth hai. MOST OF THE COMPANIES IN SMALL AND MEDIUM AND LARGE SCALE THERE ARE SUFFERING WITH HIGH INTETEST BURDEN DUE TO HIKE OF PETROL AND DIESEL COST OF PRODUCTION. DUE TO DUMPING OF IMPORTED ITEMS TO INDIA . KINDLY GIVE SPECIAL CONCESSION INTEREST RATES TO SMALL AND MEDIUM AND LARGE SCALE INDUSTRIES. OTHER WISE COUNTRY CANNOT SURVIVE THE DEVELOPMENT GROWTH. COST OF PRODUCTION IS VERY HIGH COMPARE TO OTHER COUNTRIES.

श्रीमान नमस्कार मुझे हर तरह के छोटे बड़े फ़ैक्ट्री मे जाने का मौका मिला प्लास्टिक स्टील सीमेंट रबड़ आयल फैक्ट्री बुरा दौर है जिनको अपने प्रोडक्शन केपबिलीटी के तहत ऑर्डर नही मिल रहे,स्टॉक मे माल तैयार है नान पेमेंट की वजह से ऑर्डर नही उठा रहे है बड़े प्रोडक्शन हाऊस छोटे फ़ैक्ट्री से माल लेकर ऑर्डर पूरा करने वाले छोटे उद्योग बन्द होने के करीब है कोरोना काल मे बहुत सारी फैक्ट्री बन्द भी हुआ है एक ठोस और कारगर नीति कदम उठाकर इन छोटे उद्योगों और जुड़े हजारो परिवार को बचाना होगा दुर्भाग्य यह है की ईमानदार लोगो को लोन मिलता नही बेइमान लोग लोन वापस करते नही

Sir, MSME should be encouraged. Let every citizen be independent Required support from the government should be provided, If any corruption in the process of its implementation should be dealt seriously.

MSME ecosystem shall be developed in such a way that all the participants of this ecosystem shall be adequately inter connected through a software. The information in this ecosystem shall pass from top to down and vice versa. The expected participants ecosystem are central government MSME officers, state government MSME officers, Local bodies MSME officers, Utilities officers, Pollution control officers, Health officials, Police, Banks officials and the entrepreneur. It shall become mandatory that all the participants of this ecosystem to use this software and all the approval process and inspection to done in this system. This software shall also ask each service recipient at any stages to review and rate the service provider. By this way any non performers in the system could be identified and corrective action can be taken. The MSME officials working shall also be rewarded by annual incentives for their performance against a preset KPI. Annual awards for best performers.

MSME shall be promoted nation wide. For the promotion it shall use branding strategy , which shall include captions, slogans and color branded promotion materials. For the advertisement of MSME programme, it shall use professional agencies, which shall advertise MSME as a lifeline for Indian economic development and growth and to alleviate poverty. The organization that are under MSME shall also display the advert materials at their premises.

A good initiative is taken in this budget. Government has restricted the imports of certain items which can be manufactured in India. We have all minerals and resources available within country. We have all technological know-how and manufacturing set up. Still why we have to import everything? Government shall put some more efforts to gather the knowledge why we can not manufacture basic raw materials to meet our own demand and why we are still dependent on imports. The answer is very simple. It is easier to import and make quick money in trading than taking a lot of trouble in manufacturing. Government has to make imports difficult and manufacturing easier to promote Make in India.
