India is home to one of the youngest populations in the world, making our youth a transformative force capable of reshaping the nation’s socio-economic future. In today’s rapidly evolving global landscape marked by disruptive technological advancements, youth face unprecedented opportunities and challenges. In this context, a progressive, technology-enabled, inclusive, and future-ready National Youth Policy is imperative to enable youth to realize their full potential and contribute meaningfully to the vision of Viksit Bharat @ 2047. A draft National Youth Policy, 2025 (NYP-2025) has been prepared which provides a holistic and future-ready framework for the development, empowerment, and engagement of youth in nation-building. In this regards Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports in collaboration with MyGov are inviting inputs/suggestions from Citizens on draft NYP 2025 for inclusion in the policy.

Res PM sir, Hamare desh me jo skilled worker hai use kam nhi milta, aur agr milta hai to uska pura dam nhi milta, kyoki uski gurentee nhi hai ki vo achha kam krega. Agar ye sub worker koe company through listed hote to use excellent work Dena pdega aur fix income mil Shkti hai. Har state me is type ke workers ( carpenter, febricater, home cleaner / gardener, online with rate n gurented work ke sath uplabdh hone chhahiye. Esse har person ke pas uski haisiyat ke anusar kam aur dam hoga. list me har type ki category like super skilled, semi skilled, skilled, unskilled etc. aur us hisab se rate hone chhahiye. Esse unemployment bhi kuchh had tak solve ho sakta hai.

I have read the attached National Youth Policy 2025, it covers wide range of excellent items. My suggestion is that a rapid action is required to include the "Artificial Intelligence" (AI) from primary school system. An action is required by the Education Boards.

Create a National Career & Skill Development Hub (Online + Offline) A government-supported platform that provides career counselling, guidance on new-age jobs (AI, robotics, green energy, entrepreneurship), skill-training modules, and internship/apprenticeship opportunities. This ensures youth are prepared for the future workforce and can match their skills with national development goals.

Youth in politics should be encouraged. And according to their field they should be given posts in ministry. There should be a scheme or something to enhance youth into politics. Most happiest and corruption free countries especially european countries have high participation of youth, unlike in India where everyone is senior and mostly corrupted.
