Sir, I went through the policy ,it has reference about networking , but as passing refrence , professional networking as key and should be core subject, the more people are nrtworked once chance of success increase in life. hidden opportunity opens up.
Another thing is make education tough , else we will have too many educated unemployed, follow Charted accountant instiute model, you work in a organization while studying, one gains experience and organization gets lower cost employee.
Make education tough for youth BA kind of education has been made useless by making exams very easier.
