5. As per my experience we are studying roughly 1/4 of life years. Then job,job experience and then family life , parents caring comes. So life is keep on changing. while studying understanding concepts is important.
6. Sometimes practical skill training also helps instead of degree earning and getting experience. we need both type of people. less degree getting experience and more degree getting experience. It is getting balanced. Need to validate and take it.

4. Our country is more populated or more people. We have more energy. we have to utilise the energy properly. we are in the era of globalisation also. Indian diaspora are in other foreign countries. we are supplying man power also world wide. So we have to distribute the works wherever shortage of work force arises.

2.Healthy competition is good. But at the same time when we reached certain heights self comparison is needed instead of two person competitions. whether we improved ourselves than before instead of comparing with others. that will help in long run to move forward. Need to validate and take it.

1. The document covers required points for Viksit Bharath 2047. One thing is as per my industrial experience, softskills needed as to collaborate with various culture , regional people. This will help for smooth progress in the work. Respecting each other , focusing on world of work etc will help.
