India Enterprise Architecture (IndEA) Framework along with its Adoption Guide were developed and released in December, 2018. The vision of IndEA is “to establish best-in-class architectural governance, processes and practices with optimal utilization of ICT infrastructure and applications to offer ONE Government experience to the citizens and businesses”.

During implementation of IndEA as well as in the light of advancement of technology, a need was felt to revise the IndEA document and accordingly, after multiple rounds of meetings and detailed deliberations, draft InDEA 2.0 document has been formulated (report given below). India Digital Ecosystem Architecture (InDEA) 2.0 harmonizes and builds upon the architectural frameworks developed during the last few years. While codifying their principles, it provides a pragmatic approach to realize the concept of open digital ecosystems in an integrated and collaborative manner. It recommends a value-driven approach, a focus on capability building and above all, a preference to ‘enabling’ rather than ‘building’. It is an evolving and dynamic framework with continuous improvement as its mantra. The InDEA 2.0 framework enables establishing such a right balance in all the ongoing architectural initiatives and accelerates the realization of the vision of Digital India.

In the light of the above facts, it is requested to kindly review the document and provide your valuable comments/feedback on the draft InDEA 2.0 document latest by February 27, 2022

As countries emerge from the coronavirus-induced lockdowns, the world is already looking like a different place. The “new normal” has changed the way we work, learn and even entertain.

We have adapted to work from home and have stepped into a new digital age. This digital switch is the future and investors are already tapping into this segment as part of “Investing in the Future”.

To go for digital India i would rather suggest to bring in more development in rural and backward areas where digital literacy is posterior.
They must be taught how to use and the pros and cons regarding the same .
Awareness should be the first step next consult then poll or survey and finally implementation should happen. But before all this network (ie )internet availability should be there and technology knowledge should be provided to them.

All customer-facing services are through monitored feedback and complaint system, individual performance is determined by feedback rating, OLA/Uber.Amazon controls its service-providing partner through a feedback mechanism, that is open to the public for review. The same is implemented in govt sector in developed countries, e.g the passport department has a helpline but nobody picks it up.

My view are as follows.
1. There should be link between the inner engineering and outer world physics.
2. We must create the digital environment child centric not only the human but also the animals. We must develop a team of learner who observe the movement of child to get the new generational pattern. It should be done in a healthy environment so that child get benefitted from these observations.

As mentioned, citizen centric approach and integrated systems due to interdependence of various sectors on one another is crucial to develop a robust and sustainable digital infrastructure.
More freedom should be given to citizens in their say regarding decision making and should be encouraged to participate in this endeavour collectively so that it's implementation is smooth.
