The Central Government Ministries/ Departments and Central Public Sector Undertaking are mandated to procure 25% (as amended in 2018) of their annual value of goods or services from micro and small enterprises vide Public Procurement Order Notified vide S.O. 581 (E) dated 23rd March 2012. I belong to a middle class family. Few days back I saw in news that the Government has provided free flats to the people of slum areas of Delhi.
Those who are rich, they can afford to have their own house and those who are poor, Government is providing free to them. What about us who are middle class?
From last so many years, I am trying to purchase a house / plot but the price is too high and in that too, a huge percentage they use to demand in cash and the price they show in registry is very less than the actual price. Banks are ready to support but as per the registry and due to which, we are not in the position to purchase.
There are schemes for affordable housing but per square feet price is more than the normal residential place in the city and the space is less due to which overall price seems to be less. Not only this, there is no facility to have solar panel for electricity and no charging facility for an EV even, which can save money .
Please help & do the needful.

TODAY THE IN PRIVATE SECTOR JOBS THE JOBS ARE UNCERTAIN. PLEASES ARE FACING A LOT OF DIFFICULTIES TO GET ANOTHER JOB. THE COMPANIES ARE NOT PROVIDING PROPER BENEFITS UNDER MINES ACT OR STATES SHOP AND ESTABLISHMENT ACT. THE SALARY SYSTEM FOR THE PRIVATE EMPLOYEES HAS NOT BECOME ONLINE SO THE PRIVATE COMPANIES ARE PAYING PROPER SALARIES TO THEIR OFFICERS, STAFF, AND WORKERS. THE FUTURE OF THE PRIVATE SECTOR EMPLOYEES IS ONLY THE EPS SCHEME. BUT AT PRESENT THE EPS AMOUNT IS VERY LOW (ONLY 1,800-2,000) AND IS TOO DIFFICULT TO SURVIVE WITH FAMILY. SO THE GOVT SHOULD IMPLEMENT A EMPLOYEES PENSION SCHEME THROUGH AN INSURANCE COMPANY AND COLLECT THE PENSION PREMIUM AMOUNT FROM THE PRIVATE COMPANY. SO THAT THE PRIVATE EMPLOYEES BECOME SECURE TO GET THEIR PENSION OF AT LEAST 30,000-40,000 MAXIMUM AFTER RETIREMENT ACCORDING TO THEIR TOTAL SALARY WITH ALL ALLOWANCES. THIS SCHEME ALSO BECOMES A SOCIAL SECURITY FOR THE PRIVATE SECTOR EMPLOYEES. MEDICLAIM POLICY 10 LAKHS INTRODUCED.
