Electronics Sector is a critical Sector of the Indian Economy. It is one of the pillars of “Make in India” and “Digital India” programs of the Government.
Keeping in view that the Electronics Manufacturing Sector holds a great potential in the Indian context, and there has been a gap between the achievement and the potential of this sector, NITI Aayog has prepared a Draft Strategy Paper for Make in India in Electronics.
This Strategy paper titled Make in India - Strategy for Electronic Products has been uploaded on NITI Aayog’s website and can be accessed here: http://niti.gov.in/writereaddata/files/document_publication/Electronics%...

We would appreciate valuable comments and inputs on the Strategy Paper from relevant stakeholders and public at large by 15th June 2016.

Strong basic and primary education is required in country . Why still people prefer private schools more than govt. Schools because they dont have trust in govt primary schools so its time to rebuilt the education system . In my point of view primary education should be privatised with control in govt hand . And fees should be equal in all the schools this will bring equality also and quality education too which will create opportunities for young talents and they canparticipate in development.

Sir,
I think ,we have to start manufacturing of electronic items in India. As we know that we're buying electronic parts & assemble here .due to that consumer get it high cost.
Most of engineers are jobless it's time to start.

It would be a fine strategy if the government encourages the making of innovative electronic devices with low energy consumption with implementation in the field of Medical science, Agriculture education and navigation at fare price.
The industry must be research based both in production and market orientation.
"Sustainable Development For India & The World With Make In India" Should be the motto.

sir according to me we should evaluate each and every field in which electronic producs are being used, then we should focus on the field in which we are lacking the most like agriculture, education and communication.then we should focus on the product and the cost of product.because no body is going to buy it if the cost of product is high because in india peopole first focus on price then quality.when we will successfully establish plants then we should focus on product quality.

HI Narendra,

My suggestion is all about Farmers. Do something for them. As a farmer we need Cold Storages and one point of contact where we can sell the crops. Nam is great but its not responding in ground. Why GOVt of India can not do something like Wallmart. GOVT of india can buy our crops and can sell it into their stores. NO reliance mart of wallmart but GOVT of India can make it.

As I live in Australia, I understand what big companies want to start their manufacturing in India

They can invest in setting up infrastructure but the main issue they find is getting skilled labour. It might hurt our ego but we lack much behind when it comes quality education in sector of carpentry, electronics ITI etc. we need to make huge investments on carpentry and electronic ITI institutes. This is how we can become manufacturing backbone for big companies like IKEA and Samsung.

Respected PM,Why govt is not promoting tab education in india? Reduce deforestation and decrease global temperatures is very important issue in front of the world. Dear sir, u cld knw how much loss of trees we have suffered due to natural devastations and calamities and also deforestations.
Inducing tab education in schools and colleges can reduce much of its loss. This will surely happen in future then why not to start it now before it is too late.

Niti Ayog Namaste,
we should support development of Indian companies in this particular sector of electronics. If we wants to utilize our power of briliant electronic engineers, IITans or any other experts then we should support & cooperate with Indian companies like Micromax, Intex, HCL, KPIT etc. to promote the business Y& employment in India. We further like to add one more point to give maximum potential to Indian market rather than international market.
