Respected Prime Minister Sir,🙏🏻 I'm a student of k.V.2 Ajmer..I want to give my suggestion on fitness that we all citizen must do yoga ,pranayam, exercise daily.. Because in this dangerous pandemic it's important to keep us physically and mentally fit..And yoga pranayam makes a person stress Free and healthy.And We should motivate each other to do exercise daily.. Stay safe ,Stay healthy..And always live be happy..

Importance of Physical Fitness 1. To live a long and healthy life: A physically fit person not only lives a healthy life but also a longer life. 2. To increase the energy, power and capacity of the body: A physically fit person can do his routine work without undue fatigue. The strength and capacity is increased because of internal energy due to which he can perform extra curricular task after finishing the routine work. For e.g..- entertainment, aerobics, dance, gardening, etc.

Present situation physics health are important but mental health is very important. If any person support by mentally it means our country one citizen get power indirectly that supports contribute our country. In my opinion if every Indian mentally strong that means we improve and motivated to every people. So pls strong by mentally.

Respected Prime Minister, This is Srijan from grade XI. I would like to share my views on this topic. The food that we consume today is not healthy and hygenic. And we are not followong the balanced diet system. So it harms our body physically and mentally. Traditional foods must be consumed and taken into diet to increase the immunity power. Our ancestors have designed the intake of food as per the climatic condition and situation. A simple way to be immune is to follow our ancestoral diet.

Provide jobs, youth become mentally fit, once we start earning we know how to take care of our body. I was always into some kind of fitness regime I do exercise eat healthy but 3 years of unemployment me unhealthy both physically and mentally.

Best way to keep India Fit and Fine is 1. Make Adulteration Law Strict so that people get good products for alteast what they pay. 2. Polution should be controlled as soon as possible by bringing new technologies. 3. Plantations should be promoted by any means. 4.Proper medical facilities should be available at village level. 5.Proper Law should be introduced for waste management. 6. Population control.
