For a person like me who does not have equipment at home or cannot afford to go to gym must be allowed to go for a walk, running and jogging on the streets without peoples interference.

Fit India Campaign a praiseworthy effort. Healthy mind lives in healthy body Swami Vivekand had said that we want men with body of iron & nerves of steel.
Make yoga or meditation compulsory for 5min in morning assembly in schools to keep body&mind healthy.Today's youth are the future of the country.
For our country to become Vishwa Guru focus on health is a must.Let's all join hand to make FIT INDIA PROGRAMME a reality .
India is the country of Ancient Wisdom when it comes to being healthy. But we are losing our wisdom to western medicines. America has advanced medical facility but it has maximum number of diseases. Isn't it enough to realise that we don't need advanced medical system, we need to reestablish our lost ancient health system. A country where Yoga, Meditation, Siddha were originated is scared of a virus causing more damage to economical and mental health is really shameful.
