Dear sir,

I would like to thank you for all your efforts and plans for New Bharat.
I think, me and many of my brothers just want a help that fitness training courses are so expensive in India and we are not able to pay these courses fee and that's why we are not able to do jobs in gym so, please sir make the feeses low as possible or provide government fitness certification at low cost and with great knowledge.

India is the country of Ancient Wisdom when it comes to being healthy. But we are losing our wisdom to western medicines. America has advanced medical facility but it has maximum number of diseases. Isn't it enough to realise that we don't need advanced medical system, we need to reestablish out lost ancient system. A country where Yoga, Meditation, Siddha were originated is scared of a virus causing more damage to economical and mental health is really shameful.

Nowadays, positive thinking and engaging in any kind of activity is very important to fit yourself physically and mentally.
Yoga well, workout well, eat well, sleep well, work well.
I will always be grateful to my father (Shri. Krishna Kumar Das) who always encourages me towards positivity.

Every school, colleges, university, government and non governmental organisations must implement at least 30 minutes of continuous exercising in a graded manner and at requisite intensity to gain optimum health benefits under the supervision of Physical Education experts. These organisations should display the health profile of every member of their organisation with regard to: BMI, BMR, WHR, RHR, Vo2Max., assess health related fitness components. Award the best organisations for healthy workers

Compulsory morning yoga in every school, college, office & for all workers of Indian people followed by good nutritious juice!
Compulsory 30 minutes of sports activities or any hobbies related to physical activity should be given weightage.
In every corner of India, there should have a "Fit kitchen" where nutritious foods should be provided for all people! ( for every citizen)
Inculcate food industrial towards healthy food production!

Honorable PM sir,
I used this lockdown to make myself fit, and I realised that the changes has to be done first in our mindset then in our habits. Few minutes of any form of exercise will lead to healthy and happy life.

Each and every age group needs to stay active!
Compulsory open gym, dance club & sports club should be initiated in every district and rural place!
Public Health Nutritionists & sports trainers should be hired in every district or at the panchayat level so that they can manage the health & fitness of the people! They can engage people in different activities like group activities & awareness program! The population needs the motive to initiate their fitness!

Honourable PM sir..
Its a good initiative towards holistic health approach.
I would like to say , i think that to ensure malnourisment free India, we need to have checks on diet intake of young children, youth and community as thorough as possible.
And that can only happen if more and more dietitians are recruited so as to spread awareness as well promote the importance of diet and health on a long run. I request u to consider this, cause they can implement nutrition better into daily life.

Now we are unhealthy because of we not fit
Present days we Eating , Watching, Sleeping.
But we don't play any games and Do not doing yoga's exercise.
When we Have to do any exercise then we get fit.
And not only do our self exercise we want to
Teach to others do exercise 🧘🧘🧘🧘🏋️💪.

So please do yoga's exercise for fit
