Several initiatives have been announced in the Union Budget 2023–24. Implementing these initiatives will necessitate concerted and coordinated efforts from all stakeholders, ...
Sub: Taxation on social media income (Online entertainment tax) apart from regular income tax.
Hon’able Shri Narendra Modi ji, your vision for India’s inclusive growth is incomplete without participation of youth, however western culture of social media i.e. you-tube, instagram etc are discouraging youth and engaging them in entertainment activities.
Penality in terms of taxes can be imposed on such activities (educational channels are exempted from such penalty as they are contributing in building nation).
Sir, taxes from these sources will not only discourage these entertainers but also help in generating a huge revenue which will ease out some burden from regular tax payers employed in regular public sectors and help government to tighten miscreants who in name of entertainment are miss-guiding youth.
Sir, policies in this regard is highly solicited and will benefit nation

For this purpose government should add some required provisions in GST portal for any citizen holding Aadhar and PAN but who are not a permanent merchant could access for his purchase or product to register in the portal and at once to create and issue GST bill to the buyer from the same site after the payment of due tax instantly without an office or assistant support and he must be relived from the accounting burdens.
it will helpful for more people to give and avail deals and services in authenticated way.
Moreover government will get more revenue and among people there will arise more opportunities in business activities.
Please look into the matter and hope a positive progressive change will take place soon.
Yours sincerely

There are occasions of different kinds of sales happen in between common people who are not a full time merchant.
Various products that simply made in home themselves or used items, or goods once brought from a GST registered shop and he thought to sell some one who demands for buying. In such cases many sellers or buyers thought that deal must be held in recordically in authenticated way.
So that I would like to request government to take some measurements in GST portal for those lower line trading activities to get tracked giving them a way to authenticate their deals. For this purpose government should add some required provisions in GST portal for any citizen holding Aadhar and PAN but who are not a permanent merchant could access for his purchase or product to register in the portal and at once to create and issue GST bill to the buyer from the same site after the payment of due tax instantly without an office or assistant support and he must be relived from the accounti
