The management, NABARD, N Yacht B Yacht, should give the responsibility to the Agriculture Department, in which farmers should make a group and hand it over to an officer, who earns the farmer by selling the products, from farmers plowing the fields to buying seeds and composting. Till take responsibility of the entire process and make a record and also keep an eye on farmers' expenses, which will lead to social development of farmers and increase self-reliance,

for avoiding comminicable diseases and take precautions to some deadly diseses

Education: in many remote areas schools are there for only name sake...there are many students of slum areas are not all getting basic education also please make relavent policy to that through budget and establish one strong commmitee to manage that activity without leakage of funding .
