Senior citizen pension scheme should be introduced in the budget with easy access for poor old persons.

The central government has decided to operate private trains. For the state of Uttarakhand, if the state government accepts the rail service, there will be additional revenue. Uttarakhand State Transport Department has to do private train service. Trains assigned to the state can be run as a test drive. You can expand the service if it is profitable.
