Firstly we should focus in imProvement of education. We should improve road conditions so that interested students can go to the school and make their future bright. If education will improve then abously state will improve and states will improve then country will develop.

In education department concentrate more on research field rather than alloting budget to infrastructure and make the students oriented towards research. Talented people are floating to other countries we could stop this by worthy education and good quality. Quality is more important rather than quantity.
We can focus on improvement of roads, cleanliness of public transportation, and education and also micro industry establishments in villages to allow growth within the community and not needing to migrate to towns .Smart farming can be implemented by the help of pant nagar University ,to make farming a profitable business.
