Suggest greater use of IT tools for expenditure management.
A casual reading of the Annual Report 2013-14 of the GoI shows that for 2015-16,out of a total Projected Revenue Expenditure of Rs 16,85,966 crore, the interest payable is Rs 4,57,648 crore. Thus 27% of expenditure is for Interest payment alone. The debt must therefore be around Rs 100,00,000 crore. The top most priority should therefore be to reduce the debts substantially by unearthing the Black money within and outside India and use it only to pay off all the debts of the Government.
i have join this website for sharing many projects which is related to government projects which could help to complete the goal within the prescribed time and to fight for justice and how to make it help of digital devices and bring transparency in the government and private contracted work structure . hope so this too not fool citizen like us this website and reply us soon for our complains
Tax structure in India is poor. There is no need of State tax these days and C-form collection is too tedious to work upon As Govt can verify the details of bill online and from barricade checking easily. This tax structure is eating the middle class businessman and need a huge improvement so that indian businessman can survive and grow.
It very fortunate that PM is visiting my area as we are getting pothole free in just 2 days which was not done in last 5 years. At 11.54 PM in night, government machinery is working to clean the road. I request our Hon' Prime Minister to visit all places in India like Mr. Gandhi in order to get basic facilities to the local people.
Double entry system may be started in Govt./Service sector too.A proper software & IT enabled for all transactions. And Ban all types of cash transactions.
expenditure management by tracking of daily ministry wise or grant wise expenditure on monthly basis, by internet, by offices of CAG, CGA and CGDA and its display for public, will serve two purpose. first the tax payer will know the expenditure done from taxes paid by him. second the spending government agency will know that every day expenditure is sent for public display and will lead to responsible spending as it is under constant public watch. this should be started by finance ministry.
Respected Sir,
I am soldier of Indian Army and being retired from service on 31 Oct 2014. In my view we are wasting our money (In crores) for publication of publicity material. Which is generally published on the occasion of new year like calender, diaries, writing pad etc. As we know that we are in a 21st century and there are so many ways of publicity like media, mob phones, news papers etc. This is my first suggestion for you. If it is beneficial for country. thnks
Mid day meal program has many lapses.1.Doble quota of grains/student/day. 1/2 is sold from back door. 2. Extra grain gets spoiled or sold.
Can this be avoided.
Respected PM, I really appreciate the way you motivated people towards "Swach Bharat Abhiyan" and it will be very successful. On the same grounds, I thought how beneficial it would be if you can motivate people in the cities to take public transport instead of their own vehicles atleast once a week. Even if 1% of the population followed this, it will be a great success. It will really help in reducing pollution, traffic, petrol-diesel consumption and our valuable money spent on import.
1. Advanced devices containing softwares which can manage expenditure, manage data, store data, perform operations commanded by user, analyse expenses & manage finance of the user.
