Govt of India should make one policy that the personal who is under the ambit of 30% slab of income tax, the top industrialist whose turnover is more than 5.0 cr. And all top officer of state and central gov. Above DM level as well as all state and central minister not eligible for LPG subsidy and insist them to surrender the subsidise cylinder so that govt can save some money to invest in other scheme.
In view of thrust on digital india, in all government bodies, be it central, state, local, PSUs, autonomous, statutory, constitutional, now time has come to releave several lakhs of employees engaged in routine work of regulation/release of service benefits to fellow employees, by installation of SERVICE BENEFIT RELEASE MACHINE, like ATM machine, for release of all service beneifts not dependant on discretionary approvals. Released employees can be put to important nation building activities.
one excellent step we have already implemented in India is Bank accounts for all. Also we have very high Mobile phones user base, that too high pre-paid users,
we shall be using Mobile phone based tools for financial transactions would be logical next step. Specially SIM applications which would work on all phones and not just Smart phones.
To promote existing spiritual tourism in very organised way rather create new cities,e.g In Maharashtra one City -Solapur the existing Tourism business is unknowingly very unorganized however it offers 10-12 Major well known places around the city with really stupid rail network. The same city Solapur is a Sugar production belt. Can it be studied as a model to extend rail network for Industry-Tourism mix railwys model. This offer best option over Road construction,Toll and lifelong maintaing roads.

The local trains in Mumbai are over-crowded. People don't even have enough space to even stand during their journey. To facilitate comfortable commuting experience for Mumbaikars, I propose the following two ideas: 1. A few local trains running during peak hours should be without any seating arrangement to enable the commuters atleast stand comfortably during their journey. 2. A few double decker local trains (same as Flying Rani Express) shall run during peak hours to increase number of seats.
First the articles of the constitution should be reviewed. As long as we have reservation, based on caste, religion, we cannot claim that we are following Article 14,15, 16 of the constitution. India can grow if the very basic fundamentals are changed.
Thorium Technology will start New Era where No pollution and Extreamly Cheap Electricity. If we get success in making of Portable Thorium Reactors we will lead the world!
We can fulfill the world's Power Demand
We can use thorium reactor in various applications like Submarines, Aircrafts, Railways, Shipment and still a room left for Micro Functions like Car Power source! we could make a Car powered by Thorium , That will change the entire World and open door for new Era of Technology!
Hello,
Sir We Must focus on Nuclear Technology Based on Thorium Reactor as its abundant in nature and Extreamely Less Radio active and very less hazardous wastage compared to Uranium. India hold 30% world reserve of Thorium . We can make Nuclear Reactor at very low cost compare to uranium reactors. No need of Large space.
Sir Till India don't get very cheap electricity there is no chance of India to beat existing super Powers.
Innovation in Thorium reactors will make India Big Power.
Cant we start changing the old currency notes (last 10 years) so that all the "black money" which people have will turn to no use and new currency enter in economy. This method can be used to tackle the problem of black money.
Further, if we start publishing new notes as per the national treasure people can come to banks and can change their old currency. In this way govt can also track how much is sent to which person and how much tax has he payed in last financial year...............
