Suggest greater use of IT tools for expenditure management.
one of prestigious project under HRD Ministary (IIT HYDERABAD) is under construction ,but deemed to at halt.reason it has been under quoted and contractor is finding difficult to complete it .because at the end of the project contractor may lose more than 150Cr. it is requested to ministry intervene in the matter and insure timely completion of the project for that if more money has to be infused pl. infuse.
Audit all the purchase of scientific instruments in research institutions / universities. Most of instruments are lying idle fro 60% to 95% of time. Most of instruments are imported and expensive ones (minimum Rs 20 Lacs) and many times they are purchased without any expertise or real requirements but because of commission. It is painful see this type of waste of money in a poor country like India without any productive use.
Implement and adopt IFS main frame computerised management system
When Centre implements its development programs through State Governments and land is acquired, the State Governments, even after receiving funds from Centre does not hand it over to evictees as is the case of Naval Academy and Container Terminal evictions in Kerala. Such being the cases in future the State should hand over a list of evictees their bank account number and amount payable so that Centre can credit accounts of evictees directly. Jan Dhan Jojna makes it all the more easier.

further I am trying get some photos on these and will post here soon.
Our Common people will also be happy by getting their own cars at a lesser amount through this way. Also we can help a lot to save our money from disposing idly here and there.
Lastly to conclude, I am extremely sorry as I says something which were not to be said actually and also for the bad suggestions.
• 6 – 8 % for Organizing the auction ceremony.
• 2 – 3 % for the paper works to transfer the vehicles on the purchaser name from D.T.O office.
• Rest left % should be divided among the officer from top to bottom of that branch equally.
Sir, I think our country can collect a huge amount of fund through this process that also from the waste materials and also we can save much foreign currencies indirectly.
And the “Fund” which will comes from the ‘Auction’ is to be distributed at a certain ratio as such :
• 15 – 20 % on Central Government Fund.
• 30 – 35 % under State Government Fund.
• 20 % For Police Department or else.
• 10 – 15 % For the Police Station under whose custody the vehicles were found.
over 5 – 6 months under police custody without any claims or petition filed against the vehicles then automatically it should turns as government possession but not to waste as other government possessed properties.
And if any claim filed against the vehicle within 3-5 months then the time limit can be extend further by the permission of requisite Authority.
Or else after it turns as a government possession it should have an ‘Auction’ twice every year.
individual actually whom the vehicle belongs nor the department. So, it is not only a wastages for the individual but also a wastages for the country indirectly.
So, My suggestion on that behalf is just to have a quick judgment on such cases as well.
Our Government should provide a separate court or judgment panel / hall for that.
And also should bind a time limit such as of a period of 3 – 5 months for each case to be heard. And if such vehicles stay ove
