Environment – Cleanliness and Pollution
Itanagar is one of the most dirtiest cities in India.. Green environment and health is the most necessity aspect to be given priority so far.

1)Proper connectivity with all the district headquarters.(roadways, railways).
2)strict laws to perish all the crimes and special security to women.
3)proper drainage system.
4)solid waste management: instead of dumping the garbage in roadside, proper dumping ground(away from city) should exist.
5) boost in public sector:includes regular water supply, 24hr current, public transportation etc.
6)free wifi in the capital complex
7)boost in medical tourism
8)strict traffic rules
9)clean city

The first priority should be traffic. Traffic is a majot problem as of now. Water supply needs to be regular.a smart city should have good roads, parking places, regular water supply. Marketplace should be well organised with free Wi-Fi zones. Transport should be organised. Tempos are creating big nuisance.

Top three priorities as per a concerned citizen of Itanagar would be-
1) solid waste management. Day be day everyday Itanagar is becoming the dumping ground of all types of wastes.
2) traffic management. Let there be even odd vehicle day or roads must be free from hazaradous and illegal parking.
3) water supply. Being surrounded by so many natural streams and rivers we must have potable water supply 24* 7. If we don't have this facility then one thing is clear that is govt. is incompeten.

Very less people know about itanagar, whereas it could be developed as a tourism center, which would make the infrastructure and city grow to new dimensions.Right now problems are: (1) not a proper connectivity (2) educational & professional education institutions (3) work for people (4) Infrastcture (5) overall progress
Solutions: (1) Road & Rail connectivity (2) develop engineering & medical institutes+other as well
Impact: Rest 2 would automatically follow > tourism will generate business>
